Best Western Plus Monterrey Airport

It was a good hotel. Good value for money. Breakfast was different every day and with variety, I just wish the guests during breakfast can take their own food instead of asking the server. Was a bit complicated to tell what you want in Spanish. Gym equipment was run down, the bench foam is falling out. Other than that, it was a decent hotel for a business trip.

Friendly staff welcoming. Easy check in out process. Room, blankets, towels clean. Equipped room frigobar microwave, coffee. Great breakfast.Fitness center, business center available. Internet WiFi great amenities.

This is about the fifth time that I've stayed here at this hotel and every time it does not disappoint check-in is easy rooms are clean And quiet that is what I like the most is that the rooms are always quiet the breakfast is fantastic and I love the airport shuttle

Nice hotel, but the small details, the tv control and the lighting position was not the accurate, but was ok to do the basic things. The pillows are very comfortable and the furniture are useful to work with.

A nice place to stay. Great value for the price. Friendly staff and a nice morning breakfast. The room was clean and came with shampoo and all the towels that I like. I especially like a washcloth. The TV was good, I use an Amazon firestick and the internet was sufficient to run my applications on the firestick. The bed was pretty comfortable, I like something a bit softer, but I slept well.

Located approx. 10 mins drive from MTY airport. Chose the hotel because of their shuttle as I had a morning flight to CDMX. Worked perfectly. Due to my status I was upgraded to a suite, which was very nice. Had all the aminities you expect from an airport hotel. As a plus, it was quiet. Premises were clean, staff friendly and helpful and food was delish. Would be happy to use this hotel again in in MTY.

This hotel is excellent! The staff, service and hotel are all top notch. There is a great restaurant next to the hotel as well. On my next stay in Monterrey, I'll be staying there again. Everyone at the hotel went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable.

Very nice hotel, right room size, very good food and the employees very friendly and kind. Rooms not so cold. Transportation service is great to visit the companies close to the hotel and to go to/from the airport.

Wonderful hotel! The rooms are very comfortable and the staff is great. Especially the cleaning staff and the dining staff. They really treated us well and made us feel special. We highly recommend staying here if you find yourself in Monterrey.

Great stay, second time staying here. Great hotel, Great service. I was worried about my belongings being stolen overnight. But after I talked to the security guard, he said not to worry. My stay was great, felt like home. Really recommend this hotel. From the housekeeping to the Manager. Everyone greeted our us like family.

By the name I imagine it was very near to the Airport, is Fricking far away about 20 minutes without traffic, but since always are traffic it was 1 hr trip , The hotel is Ok seems like a low budget hotel that was acquire by Best western or they being upgraded with the name, small gym 24 hrs and open pool, was just OK, but I felt angry about the distance against the Airport.There is vending mahines at 2nd floor that do not accept bills and the front desk has not coins to change for bills..

I stay at this hotel when I am in Monterrey teaching technology commercialization at the PITT research center. The hotel has a nice room with a good work desk, a comfortable easy chair with foot stool, good lighting, great shower, adjustable thermostat and plenty of closet space in a good layout. The food is pretty good and the Mexican red wine is lovely. Breakfast is very nice. The staff are very helpful and the facility is well run. I even tried out the workout room: it is small but effective.

Rude staff. They don't treat you like a guest, the treat you like cattle. I cancelled my reservation for the return trip. I will not ever stay there again, not even if it was free! The hotel was empty (I now know why), the air conditioning was not up to par. The only good thing was the guy guarding the parking lot

The hotel is comfortable and the staff is easy to deal with. The location was great for our visit to the National Charros youth Competition. The hotel was really busy so we only had breakfast one morning because it was so busy. Other than breakfast, I wouldn't recommend the hotel restaurant.

Beautiful hotel, nice, large and clean rooms, near to the airport far to city. People at front desk are nice and helpful. Easy access to public transport. You can make coffee in your room, and if you call for help at 1 am they don't have problem to assist you. Fully recommended and hope to visit again.

Had an early flight home from Monterrey airport and wanted to stay somewhere nearby the night before. Booked a very affordable room by going to hotel website. We arrived early evening and after we checked in the shuttle driver, who was hanging out in the lobby, offered to take my husband and I to a nearby restaurant for dinner at no extra charge. It turned out to be a great local restaurant with nice authentic food. All we had to do was motion to the waiter that we were done and he called the driver to pick us up. We gave a small tip for this service and were pleased with this thoughtful step above and beyond. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower and a small mini hairdryer in the bathroom. Free in-room wi-fi but not a strong signal. The included breakfast buffet was decent. Make-your-own waffles were a special treat. Chilaquiles were good too. We drove to the airport, so I can't comment on the frequency of the airport shuttle.

We had stayed in several hotels close to the airport before. This one has the best breakfast we've seen. The room is definitely perfect to spend one evening, big and comfortable enough. However, since we stayed during New Year's Eve there was no restaurant service and the hotel was not ready with some basics such as a bottle opener or wine glasses for guests. Anyway a good place to stay one night!

We overnighted here due to a next day connecting flight from Mexico City to Houston. It cost us US$55 and for that price we got a big room with 2 double beds, a nicely functioning shower and a solid breakfast. PLUS a free shuttle to the airport 10 minutes' drive away. The staff were polite and friendly. The layout of the hotel is slightly odd: all the rooms surround a central breakfast atrium and open directly onto it (but having said that we had no problems with chatter in the morning). The lights in the room are the mini coiled fluorescent energy saving ones which, whilst I understand the reason for their use, gives the room a harsh glare. A small issue. The bathroom is simply functional and not luxurious or big, but spotless and well stocked. Unlike US-based versions of this chain this hotel actually uses real plates instead of awful strife am and they serve more than tired plastic eggs, sausage patties and bananas. There were quesadillas, Mexican-styled eggs and fresh melon in addition to the standard waffles and boxes cereals. Good job! Overall, a lot of bang for buck and an above decent transit hotel.

Stayed for several days in May 2014 and found that I could ask for little more at any hotel anywhere. Modern, clean, full amenities and even a very good internet connection, which is not common in half my stays anywhere. The staff was very attentive, seemed they couldn't do enough for you, which was true for the kitchen-dining area too. Would definitely stay here again.

The first you need to know is there are TWO Best Western at Monterrey Airport. The Best Western Premier (3 minutes away) and this one (15 minutes away). Be sure in which hotel do you have reservations in order to avoid some problems. Even the taxi drivers from the Airport don't know the difference between the two Best Westerns. This hotel is just fine. Fast check in, good rooms and a very convenient buffet breakfast (coffe, hot meals, fruits and cereals). Don't expect luxury. Expect a good place to rest

After a 20 hour trip that is an issue! Fast wifi, nice staff, free shuttle to and from the airport: cool business and family hotel. Extremely cost effective, they also have a close eye on safety at night over the premises.

I have been to many Best Western in United States of America However its fails to standards that one would expect.If you are vegetarian God Bless You!! They are not at all empathetic to what that diet is. One would expect when you are paying premium price for Best Western guarantee quality you will expect standards but very poor and dis-satisfactory Especially front desk staff name : Beri and Viridiana that you would expect utter customer satisfaction from...Extremely rude to talk with and very demanding as if they obligating us by letting us stay there I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Please think 10 other options prior to selecting this hotel.

We ended up travelling through Monterrey trying to get home before a hurricane hit Cancun and had to stay overnight. The Best Western offers 24 hour shuttle to/from the airport. They have a great restaurant. The wait staff speak enough English to get by. The front desk is multi-lingual in Spanish, English and French. The doors to the rooms face inward instead of outward toward the street for greater security. It is a bit far from the airport--10 minutes opposed to other hotels that are 3-4 minutes but you won't be disappointed. The rooms offer comfy beds and pillows. They have a hair dryer and conditioning shampoo. The towels were nice too. There's a coffee maker in the room. Lots of channels on the tv. Check in/out was very quick.
