Best Western London Airport Inn & Suites

The only complaint I have is the hash Browns worth like hockey pucks.Oh, that I've expected.It was a great stay. There's a great chinese food restaurant just down the street called east gate As well as a Dairy Queen and Tim Hortons.

We stayed at the hotel for an early morning flight to Mexico. Bought the park and fly package. Hotel is very clean, and lots of parking. Room was also very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Our flight was early, and the shuttle did not operate that early but the hotel paid for a cab ride to the airport! Cannot comment on the breakfast since we left so early but the eating area was very neat and tidy. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

First time in London Ontario. Was pleased at the quality and cleanliness of this hotel considering some of the other options in the general area. Staff were very friendly and professional. This may sound like a small thing but until it's an issue, you don't realize how convenient they are but the vending machine on the floor was full and operational. A flawless experience all the way around.

This hotel was fabulous! Staff very friendly. Clean room. Bed was super comfortable!! Would definitely return. We had a great time. Highly recommend. Parking as easy. And a great location. We had Uber to our event from here, no problems at all.

We booked a room down the street and after seeing it we were unwilling to stay there. Went to Best Western and met Pamela at the front desk. She was very nice and helpful. Got us checked in to a lovely accessibility room. Staff was great. Room was great. Amenities were great. We will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is conveniently located close to restaurants, shopping, London Airport and easy access to the 401. I would highly recommend it to anyone travelling to London for short stays. The included breakfast is very good for a breakfast bar.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The pool was fantastic, it was a perfect temperature and the salt water was so much less harsh than a chlorine pool. We will definitely be back for another staycation!

We were in London to receive my friend's son's service dog and attend a wedding. We were put in what I would call the dog ward. Where there were dogs barking day and night. Our room was only cleaned quickly once because we called the front desk. The hotel only offered best western points as an apology as we were receiving a military rate. Will be rethinking staying at a best western from here on in

The hotel is handy to a car rental service. A bakery. A Tim's. It was central to everywhere we went. We appreciated the shuttle service to the airport. It was an inconvenience that the shuttle didn't run on Sunday.

One of the best breakfasts we've encountered anywhere. Clean, quiet, and spacious rooms. Professional and pleasant staff. The hotel itself was kept very clean. We never stay anywhere else when we visit London.

We have stayed in many Best Westerns over the years, but the BW London Airport was definitely the best overall. Pamela at the front desk greeted us warmly, took care of our rather complicated reservation smoothly and efficiently, and went over and above on the day of our check-out.

After my direct flight was cancelled, I spent an extra 15 hours on the phone rebooking my flight, in airports catching multiple flights and delayed flights due to waiting for a new crew. After the added stress and the last leg of flight being over-night, I arrived in London around 6am. I phoned to ask for the complimentary Shuttle Service only to be told it's only available starting at 9am. I was forced to take a cab (an added expense). There is no mention on their website of limited hours of the shuttle service.

We were let down by Travelodge further down the street. It was appallingly bad. We couldn't stay there it was so dirty but then we saw Best Western and they are always good. The Manager helped us out in minutes and saved the day for our family. Well Done Best Western !

I was impressed with this hotel! Firstly, the management is second to none; our concern regarding possible overnight noise (we were there for a competitive event taking place the next day) was addressed at checkin - a no noise policy after 11 pm is in place there. The administration is attentive and listen to any questions or concerns, assisting in any way they can. The suite layout is unique in that a King bed sits at one end of the area while a kitchen and balcony are at the other end. The sofa bed provided plenty of room and comfort in the middle of the room. A wonderful dining area on the main floor serves breakfast in a "grab and go" format, with plenty of selection and plenty of tables. Hot and cold items were available and all were excellent. Cleanliness was excellent and the heat/cool unit worked well. I would certainly revisit this location when in London.

Quiet hotel. Nice comfy rooms. The location is great for travellers. Close to the airport, and easy access to the rest of the city. Probably the best hot breakfast buffet we've ever had. Super friendly and helpful staff as well. Stayed in a ground floor accessable room both stays over 5 nights. There was a lot of room, and it felt like being welcomed back when we returned for our final night.

Great check in. Good room...especislly thrcshower. Really enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was abundant and plentiful. We've stayed at this hotel two other times. Have not been disappointed. Family friendly. The price is aldo reasonable.

Friendly staff, all the amenities for a family and early start breakfast each day. We stayed here while waiting for our new home and it served us well. They have a pool, laundry facilities, snacks and drinks so we could settle in and stay around the hotel at night.

We booked this location for business training and the staff are very nice and available to help with anything we need. We used guest rooms, the meeting room and a training space in the parking lot for hand-on work.

First time staying at this hotel and will admit the experience was great. Front desk clerk was so friendly so full of information and so accommodating. The room was nice and comfy beds and the small amenities in the room was top notch. Keurig coffee, and the bathroom products were argon oil based. The breakfast area was fully stocked and nice and hot. Nice touch was the small crockpot of baked beans. Would stay here again.

Beds were wonderful! Hotel was clean and pleasant. We enjoyed this place very much. They were accommodating and helpful. Location was convenient. Breakfast was not inviting or worthwhile. Check in and check out was easy, friendly.

Room was not clean. Garbage in the can when I checked in - items under the lip of the dresser and bed - clearly it had not been properly vacuumed. The room had a funky smell that we could not get rid of. Staff was stalking the kids throughout the hotel - following them everywhere even though they were doing nothing wrong. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for a hockey tournament, and it seemed that was the theme of the weekend. Many other hockey families stayed at the same hotel. We were welcomed by an early check-in on Friday, followed by amazing friendly service from all staff members. The hotel lobby is beautiful, featuring a real fireplace which was lovely to sip coffee by on the quiet Saturday morning. The staff was very patient with our hockey players and we never received any complaints. The breakfast was really well done, one of the nicest complimentary breakfasts I have ever seen!

There was a big gathering happening in the lobby which included a lot of kids. We were on second floor so I found it very loud even when we were trying to watch tv. Some kids were even just outside our door loud. But it was still a nice stay besides that.

I travelled to London, ON for an interview, the location is convenient for transportation, not far from the via train station and from the airport. The room is nice, large enough and has neccessaties. Breakfast time starts from 6am, which is friendly to me who needs to leave hotel early.

When i ask for more paper on the printer at business center, the staff told me that they will charge me. This first time a staff at hotel said me that they will be charge for extra paper in my 12 year traveling on business and many time staying at BW property.

I received an email to continue my reservation online with the correct dates, clicked continue reservation on the received email, but the system changed the dates and I completed the reservation when I got to the hotel they told me I was charged due the date I didn't show up and I have no reservation for that day, I had to pay a more expensive room and also charged for error in their system too, customer service lied about opening a ticket I have to call many times and they didn't resolve the issue.

Best Western Airport Suites offers a great place to get away and enjoy the pool, gym and amenities. Breakfast is plentiful and the atmosphere is pleasant. Very affordable for a family of 4. I would recommend for families with young children as pool is not overly busy.

We arrived a bit early to check-in and our room was no ready, so they offered us an upgraded suite. It was clean and looked new. Bed was super comfortable, room spacious and the breakfast offered a great variety of items and plentifully stocked. This is a great choice of a hotel to stay in London.

Want a place that lies about the rate, has a cleaning lady dealing with electrical/furnace issues. Where customer service doesn't exist and you're treated as less than. They will keep your security deposit, just because. The manager screens his calls so you won't get through and they will make notes about you on file, so all staff will be arrogant to you. HORRIBLE HOTEL!! Do NOT waste your time or money on this place!

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. We stayed at this hotel when flying out from the aiport the following morning. They didn't have a shuttle available for the time we needed so we still had to drive to the aiport and pay for parking there. You had the option to leave your vehicle at the hotel. I believe it was $40. The hotel offers a nice hot breakfast in the morning.

Booked hotel to use the pool. Pool was not working. Did not receive an adequate compensation for this MAJOR inconvenience. Management was unwilling to budge and did not understand that the whole point of us staying at that hotel was to use the POOL!

Attended hotel with a 7 yr old hockey team, the afternoon staff ruined the experience for the kids. Always seemed to find issues with anything the kids or parents did. Breakfast buffet ran out of food each morning and was not refilled. Do not recommend this hotel with a group.

I gave a 4 rather than a 5 because of room structure rather than personnel. Every person we met connected with the hotel was friendly and helpful. The room needs some updating - it was clean but the rug needs replacing and the tub was a safety concern for my 92 yr old mother.-no grab rail and slippery in tub. Breakfast very good.

I am from Michigan, USA and recently met with a friend from Bramptom, Ontario for a few days. This hotel was a half-way meeting spot and chosen solely for that reason. What a fortunate happening! Staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our room was comfortable and and not far from the parking area. The entire hotel was immaculate and staff were busy keeping it that way. Additional room supplies were easily available though we chose not to have everyday cleaning service. An extensive breakfast bar with many choices was served in an airy, sunny room. Hot and cold dishes, breads including toast, muffins, bagels and croissants, fruit, juices and milk. Coffee and tea were available at any time. The hotel is situated near to shopping, restaurants and activities. I would return here at anytime. Hopefully we will do this again next year!

Spotless location near the airport and many food and shopping locations close by. Breakfast is really great with a good steam line and variety of items. Good parking, reasonable snack prices, comfy room and good internet.

While away from our home in Western Canada, we recently had one of Canada's major airlines cancel our flights from London Ontario twice, each time for 3 days. This happened during the height of the summer season. We could have been in quite a mess for accommodation had it not been for the flexibility and hospitality of the management and staff at the Best Western London Airport Inn & Suites. It proved to be a most pleasant place to "ride out the storm" of successive lengthy flight cancellations. Great people, comfortable rooms, decent breakfast and a very nice fitness room and pool. We will certainly come back.

Great hot breakfast buffet, with lots of selection. The rooms were clean. We experienced great customer service. When we asked for assistance the front desk staff were friendly and courteous. Definitely would say here again.

Traveling, and having lost a credit card, my Mother tried to get me a hotel room before a flight out of London. On checking into the hotel I was initially refused a room because they did not have my name on file. I contacted my mother and asked for the confirmation number. While asking for and recieving the confirmation information another customer was angrily checking out as he was part of a construction crew and was feed up with this being his third room, second with bedbugs. (I'm sure his review his coming) In proving a confirmation number as well as all the information sent to the hotel, including verification of my name and spelling, the customer service representative told me that a fella with the same first name but a different last name had my confirmation number. As this was getting ridiculous and still no room, I indicated I was going to have to file an incident report based on fraud. I was told to go ahead... while on hold ... after dealing with some other guests checking in, the agent called me back to the desk and let me know he had spoke to his colleague and that he had given my mother the confirmation of another guest. The agent verified he sees all the email on his end however the confirmation number was for another guest and told me his name. So I asked why this happened, the desk agent explained to me that their position was that all the submitted financial and identification she provided was there but they didn't actually make a reservation in my name but in a this other fellas... that he checked in with his own credit card and that unfortunately there were no other rooms available. Frustrated I went back to trying to get london city police to come file an incident report so I could at least move on. Fast forward about an hour and a half of me calling numerous and I do mean numerous times 32x on my phone while also using the side phone of the hotel to call approx 18x then and once to the opp who referred it to london city.... while recieving a phone call from my wife and providing an ipdate on where I was and what was going on. The desk agent had quick small chat with an employee that appeared to be just starting his shift. He then took his glasses off and walked from behind the desk across the room to where I was. He garnered me attention so I quickly ended the call I was on and the agent proceeded to tell me that as I had no reservation I was trespassing. I asked him to also please contact the police as I had been trying since it started. He the told me they do not use the police they have their own security and they will remove me by force. I laughed and replied not likely.. he responded that he was calling them to remove me with force and walked behind his counter and picked up the phone. Story is still in progress, had to catch a plane so left and am spending the night on an airport bench. Bottom line, bad business on many levels. Absolutely not recommended aside from maybe an audit and investigation.

The cost of hotels has gone up, really for what you get it's not luxury. The bed was comfortable, the room clean, but it's just a lot for a place to sleep. The people were friendly, the pool was nice.

This hotel was perfect location for our Fanshawe College drop off. Safe quiet,clean and efficient. Staff was nice, ample parking not far from shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was a nice bonus to start the long day.

In order to get a friend to the London airport for 0500 we stayed the night out of convenience. The hotel was clean, hotel staff friendly, and the beds were very comfortable. Although I appreciated the having the mini fridge in the room is was in desperate need of defrosting and I am certain I would have run much quieter.

This hotel was clean and quiet. Room was spacious (we had one King bed). Bathroom was modern and clean. Staff were friendly and the free breakfast was great. I would recommend this hotel! We did not use the pool, but from what we could tell it looked nice.

Satisfactory, the only problem area was the room temperature, It was too cold for the wife and too warm for me (excess bedding). The comforters that you use are too heavy and restrictive on the lower body, but the bedspread only is not enough to keep warm. The wife has nerve damage in legs and feet, I have MS.

Best Western - what an overpriced scam. NEVER will we stay there. 1) We booked through CAA - supposedly a cheaper rate (not) 2) When we check in - provide all the information and sign that we agree to the terms - noise, etc (no issue) - including no smoking. This is after they received money from my CC reservation. 3) Then they DEMAND an EXTRA $50 DEPOSIT on top - which was NOT mentioned previously - so they charge my card an additional $50 and provide no paperwork for the money (in case we charge stuff to the room, etc). Very unimpressed 4)Upon checkout they give me paperwork about the $50 and when I return home it is STILL charged on my CC. (not creited back) WTF 5) The staff would NOT issue a receipt for the stay - claiming since a 3rd party collected the funds they could not do that. - I said WTF? And if the 3rd party did not pay you I wonder who you would chase for the money? - BS Add the fact the pool is small and with the amount of younger kids screaming and echoing cut short the swim. The beds are marshmellows with no support - the next day I had a starined back. At Breakfast the food caretaker cleaned my food away when I went to get more coffee (literally not 3 minutes! and the place was NOT busy. A sore back and now a chase to get my money back - what a great memory - we should also mention that when we tried to ask and explain our situation we get excuses and rudeness - which we returned - very displeased with the overall service and facilities. Unfortunately Yelp does not allow zero stars - but then again the breakfast was decent (the ONLY saving grace)

We had a ground level room with two queen size beds and mini fridge and coffee maker.. The room is very big and clean. The staff at front desk was polite to check us in and check us out. Breakfast was better than we expected. There was sausage, egg, waffle, banana , apple, etc . Lots of selection. The coffee was great. We highly recommend this hotel.

Clean and helpful staff generally. Very good breakfast and well covered. One issue with elevator and cleaning staff's use of the elevator during checkout time that I hope will be rectified. Would go back.

Love the Bestwestern pre arrival check in makes for a quick check in.The staff very friendly. Beds are awesome. The breakfast smells awesome haven't had a chance to try yet. Always get a good nights. Not a lot of noise like some hotels iv stayed at.lots of parking.lots of restaurants nearby.

My sister and I took my grandkids for their birthday getaway. the kids absolutely loved it! The maintenance(?) man was great with them, teasing them, showing them pool etc. The front staff were very friendly. The room was so clean and nice and beds comfy. The pool was fun. Got noisy with some annoying kids but overall great experience. Would definitely go back!

The hotel is located on a local highway close to London airport. We're given the quiet room that we asked for. The AC and carpeting needs an update but other than that it's a comfortable stay. Breakfast is adequate and it's obvious they are prepared for high demand during the long weekend. If you want to fill your gas, choose to go a bit further on 2 to Pioneer for better price instead of the closer gas stations near the intersection.

We stayed at the BW London Airport and right from the super friendly check in, through the fantastic breakfast (we were FULL) and the super helpful staff, it was a great visit. My son used the pool every chance he got and had a fun time while I used the lobby and internet and really enjoyed my stay there.

This may have been the best hotel experience I have ever had. From shuttle pick up right to check out. The shuttle driver was really nice, and even took me back to the airport right at the end of her shift, when I forgot my phone! And she wouldn't accept a tip of any kind. The breakfast buffet was the most extensive included breakfast I have ever seen--eggs, sausages, pancakes, waffles, and french toast, plus english muffins, non dairy milk--everything you could want. Staff were always accommodating. Room was perfect! Would stay here again in a second!

Was perfect service to a perfect weekend getaway with my love. The room was clean and breakfast was delicious. The ac unit was a bit loud but that is normal. Our sleep was just as peaceful and the tv had some good shows that we enjoyed laughing to.

Be aware, they will tell you that there is a shuttle, but if you are leaving or arriving on a weekend, or early or late, you are on your own! Left at the airport. Not happy at all, when i paid for the service

Stayed in balcony room; old and tired. Air system very loud, room smelled and gave me asthma, tub was grey. One dude was doing everything at the desk so was slow. Had kitchenette with nothing in it at all, you'd have to bring or buy absolutely everything.Can do better in London than this place.

The hotel was excellent but had a strong cleaner smell in the guest room. At breakfast we had trouble at the waffle centre as there wasn't enough room for a plate. This caused two waffles to drop on the floor. Had trouble with the exterior door in the Pet Wing being continually locked and couldn't be opened with a room key.

The staff was very helpful with me as I was disabled and traveling alone. I only wish there were more handicap parking closer to the doors, one in each area did not seem to be enough. Having breakfast each morning was a blessing as then you don't have to worry about starting your day on an empty stomach

Incredibly loud hotel. You can hear everything in the halls. We could hear people running up and down the halls all night (hockey tournament kids) a baby crying and incredibly loud people next door to us doing the deed. The room was surfaced clean, but if you looked a little closer you'd see the dusting was just done to eye level. The AC is hard to figure out, our plug for our tub was broken which wasn't ideal for bathing the kids, when asked to switch rooms we were told they were sold out. When asked to check in early with our kids they said they couldn't do that because they were sold out. But yet they called us and asked us to switch from two queens to a king and pull out. They won't do anything extra to accommodate you but won't hesitate to ask you!

The stay was very good. No issues. Room was very clean. Very smooth check in...full services. Pool was very good and clean. Staff were friendly. Location was not far away from restaurants or shopping and was not hard to find from the highway. Service to the airport was right there.

Everything exceeded our expectations and the staff went over and able to help us when needed. Amazing breakfast also with great selection and fresh coffee. The gentleman at the desk kindly assisted us with the internet which we couldn't get to work so that we could view our zoom meeting. He was so nice and helpful.

Close to the airport, clean, good breakfast, lots of parking. Can depend on the Best Western brand. We had a king-sized room. The bed was comfortable. Although you are on the east-side of town, close to the airport, it is pretty straightforward to get downtown. We were attending an event with our daughter at Western University.

Very clean, service is impeccable and the breakfast included is well worth the $$ to stay here. Located on the outskirts of London near the airport, so not in the main core, but very worth the stay if not having to travel to the west side.

After a long trip with a lot of ordeals, to arrive in front of a lady who is all smile and effectiveness, was priceless. Had a problem with the payment in fidelity points, she solved it. Room was top notch and breakfast had a big choice of cold and hot plates. Very clean hotel. Easy access.

No sleep due to excessive noise and no concern or action by staff. Unsupervised party on all floors. Hotel staff was unwilling to deal with it. It's an airport hotel so some guests like myself had to catch flights early in the morning and had to go without sleep. Not much value in having a room. Had to confront the partiers personally.

I cannot say anything but nice things about this hotel experience in the London Ontario Airport location. Staff were excellent. Food at the Continental Breakfast was very good, well tended to, and replenished freshly. The comfort in the sitting/lounging area with a beautiful ambience of warmth and comfort provided by the big Gas Fireplace. There were plug-ins built into the table to get power for my laptop charging requirements. The only thing that could have been improved upon, is a couple of USB chargers in places near the couch seating for plugging in a cellphone charger. There is also a business centre equipped with a Computer Terminal and Printer near the front desk area.

This was my first time staying in London Ontario and as you know the stress for driving across Canada was taking its tole on me so i decided to stop and do a search on my phone for Best western with the best western App,. the App worked great and it booked my reservation at the location. when i walked in i notice the fire place an as you know with these winters seeing a warm cozy room with a fire place to the entrance way i was completely sold,. Great location just off the HWY

The London airport Best Western offers clean rooms and friendly service at a great price. I would recommend staying here on your travels. The hotel rooms were very comfortable, spacious and stylish. The staff are very accommodating.

Very nice rooms with comfortable bed, nice bathroom and work space. It had more TV channels than most hotels, but the wifi didn't work (at least in my room). The breakfast is grab-and-go due to COVID which it's fine, but I think it should be way better. Lastly, the hotel is far from downtown if you don't have a car, but it's on a main street which is good. I would stay here again since the personnel was very kind.

This hotel used to be a great spot to stay. Close to the airport and highway, in a quiet spot. Within the past year it has gone downhill. I will not stay here again after my previous attempt at staying. Upon arrival I was greeted nicely but the cleanliness of the rooms was below standard so I left for a slightly higher priced hotel. The decor is outdated and just not taken care of.

The staff are polite and respectful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Due to Covid we had to book a time slot to use the pool which was great 'cause we got it all to ourselves. We'll be back again.

Located at the border of London City this is one of the finest place to stay. ThIs hotel is 5 mins away from London Airport. Exact location of the hotel is at Dundas Street West. This hotel has one of rhe finest staffs working in the property. The service desk was always helpful and enthusiast to help us. The staff was bery much welcoming. The hotel room was clean and sanitized. The staff here follow all Covid-19 protocols issued by the government. The room service was on time. This property has a swimming pool with warm water which is the best thing for the people to wnjoy pool even during chilled canadian winters. The breakfast area was clean and organized. The breakfast was fresh hot and delicious. Overall experience with the Best Western was incredible and undoegettable. This property is my strong recommendations for others to go and wnjoy ur stay. Arrived at 1:30 am without reservation, check in was easy, the price was very reasonable, the room was very conformable, breakfast was excellent. January 1st. after our flight was canceled, and in a snow storm, it was nice to have a great place to stay. We'll definitely stay there again.

We had a great experience at Best Western Hotel, London Airport. Great location, rooms were up to the mark. Staff service was very prompt. We would definitely recommend it to others. Thanks to BW for making our new year Eve happy.

I absolutely love staying at Best Western and trust me guys, you won't go wrong with choosing BW every time anywhere across the globe. Special shout-out to Sid Bichu and his team. Our stay was extremely safe, enjoyable and comfortable!!!!!

I had unplanned layover in London Ontario due to flight delays (stupid Westjet) and had to find a hotel near the airport at the very last minute. "Sid" the front desk manager took my panicked call. He was so kind and calm - he took the time to set me up with a Best Western Rewards account, on the spot, so that I could qualify for the special $118/night rate. He emailed me the reservation info right away. When I arrived at close to midnight, the front desk clerk was very professional and efficiently processed everything to get me checked in quickly so I could get some much needed rest after a terribly long day spent on three flights, in three airports and three time zones. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable (even compared to my super comfortable adjustable bed at home), and the complimentary toiletries were much appreciated given I hadn't prepared for having to stay at a hotel that night. However, I have to say that he best part would have to be the free hot breakfast - it was delicious! Not at all the expected usual subpar stale muffin offerings at most hotels. This breakfast was hot and fresh - real homemade scrambled eggs with delicious home-fries and pancakes that actually taste like pancakes! I had two helpings...yes, it was that good. I discovered why this breakfast was so good - the two lovely ladies who tended the buffet. They kept a close eye to ensure all the warming trays were full and warm, as well as clean and tidy. You could tell they took pride in the work. It showed. One last comment - there is a handy shuttle bus service from the hotel to the airport, which will save you about $15 bucks on taxi cost. Nice and flexible - will basically take you when you want to go rather than on a set schedule. This hotel was a nice little homey oasis for this weary traveller.

We like to stay at this hotel because of its' proximity to Thamesford, where family live. London also has many interesting things to see and do and a large selection of restaurants. The access is very easy from the 401.

Very friendly helpful staff. Clean & comfy beds with plenty of pillows. Carpet was a bit tired & tub, altho clean had traces of mould on the surrounding tile, otherwise would have rated the property 5 stars & excellent.

Everything about our stay was top notch! Cleanliness, service, hospitality, and so on. Breakfast was hot and delicious! The whole staff were very hospitable and helpful. We highly recommend you stay here on your next trip through this area of Ontario. We did and have no regrets.

We had a great stay at the motel. Will definitely stay there again. Motel is very clean. The laundry room and service is very convenient. It is close to the airport and many amenities. Easy access to the freeway.

Staff goes above and beyond to help you settle down. Staff provided some local vendors for renting a room in London. Staff was friendly and prompt. Pool and breakfast was a relaxing touch to our stay. We will come back for sure. Thank you for all your help.

Enjoyed our 2 night stay at this hotel. Its right on Dundas street so a straight run down to visit the Covent Garden Market or Western Fair District. Its right off the highway so easy to get to. The rooms are comfortable, all the usual amenities plus some others to make for a comfortable stay. The salt water pool was very nice - you have to reserve a time to use but that was no issue. The hot breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Hot, plentiful and fresh. The front desk staff was very helpful, professional, especially Yhelene and Sid.

Convenient for full 14 days government required non-vaccinated quarantine. Room is comfy, fast internet speed, very comfy pillows and bed. Clean room. with available extra pillows and blankets Functional microwave and refrigerator

Staff is very friendly, only issue was when trying to reach via telephone prior to stay. Overall our experience was good, room was a little warm the first night so didn't sleep great (but I also need a really cold room). Location is great as there is TONS of great local eats around.

The purpose of my stay for my stay was a golf trip. When booking in because we had booked in advance it was smooth. On the second day we were informed that no room cleaning would take place because of Covid. Had to go to the front desk for items like soap, towels, toilet paper and tissues. We travelled in a group of 18. On our last day we went to our vehicles and discovered that 5 of our vehicles had been broken into and our golf equipment was stolen. The lighting in the parking lot is almost non-existent. The outdoor security cameras offered nothing because of the lighting. Management was also non existent and offered no assistance. Can't say police were any help either. Will NOT recommend this location. The front desk staff were pleasant but difficult to converse with because of their lack of the english language, but they did try their best.

Don't be scared by the outside of this hotel. Neighbourhood is not the most desirable. Inside the hotel was beautifully decorated and very clean. Staff were very pleasant and helpful! Pool was lovely. Breakfast was full at 6 am with many hot options (eggs, bacon, pancakes, home fries, beans, waffles, cereal, yogurt, bananas, apples, mini croissants, mini muffins, gluten free options, orange/apple juice, lemonade, coffee and tea). Wifi was working with a few issues but nothing too serious. Hotel had working elevators although the walk is far from the check in (for those with mobility issues). Overall, our stay was great! Check out the bakery close by. They sell amazing items!

There was a pair of used underwear in the bathroom from the pervious guest. All of the doors were locked after 8pm and only the front entrance was useable, but we didn't know that until coming back from dinner at 8:30 and we parked in one of the handicap spots closes to the elevator tower but couldn't get in. Had to walk all the way around the building and then all the way down the hall to the elevator tower because there was no parking let alone handicap parking near the lobby entrance. Why do you have accessible parking if they are useless. None of the channels on the TV guide channel matched the channels on the TV. Very confusing. The internet wasn't working.... had to get the "meeting room" password to get online. The front desk supervisor attempted to take my phone out of my hand, twice, in the process of getting this password. I wasn't impressed. Other than that... everything else was just OK.

There was a strong smell of mold/mildew in the room, seemed to be coming from the carpet and one of the mattresses. There were lots of bugs in the room. Carpet was damp and sticky, but the weater is probably to blame for that. Breakfast was good. The shower is out dated but water pressure is good. Staff were nice. If the room didn't smell and maybe more up to date it would have been 5/5 stars.

FIRST...LAST...& ONLY TIME I'LL STAY HERE... let me start by saying this is the worst hotel stay I have ever had. I booked a king suite them I was informed that since I was being a pet I had to take a room with two beds. Then I checked into hotel room and discovered a used coffee cup and empty sugar packets in the room. Turns out the room hadn't been cleaned yet. This hotel has large signs in the lobby emphasizing they're faux cleaning process. The morning male manager asked a female guest 200 covid questions before she could use the pool. I was never asked any questions during my entire stay. When I brought this information to his attention in front of her, his response was oh they should have been. When I went to breakfast I was shocked to see very limited options. If I was a vegan my options would have been bananas or apples. This hotel needs a vast improvement in both customer service and communication between the departments like house keeping and lobby.

Went to this hotel as a family trip but the room we first booked could not accomodate a pet. So we changed rooms and the room they put us in was still dirty. We them had to change rooms again with no discount for all of the issues. That room had a giant bug in the tub and no toilet paper.

Don't dare staying in this property, room carpet are sticky and smell like animal barn. Breakfast is like worst you can think of. Only good think was the coffee. I will suggest everyone to stay away from this property.

The check in was fast with friendly staff made me feel welcome. Lots of covide protection every one has a mask sanitizer available to use. It has been a challenging 16 months and staying in a hotel is another big step to normal life. We were put at ease instantly as we arrived and continued to feel safe with the measures in place at this location. It is not the fanciest place or the most amazing area of town but it exceeded my expectations. IT is clean, quiet and safe with everything you need to rest and enjoy your stay. Very nice big breakfast is the perfect start to the day. Booked private use of the pool at the end of the day was also very calming before bed. The employees went far above and beyond the usual interest in how their guests were doing. They took personal interest to make us feel welcome and looked after. A pleasant stay overall.

Liked the check in and check out process that was quick and easy. Continental breakfast was great with wider window from 6-10 am. Wish the carpets were more clean and hope they moved those smokers waste receptacle far away from the entrance doors. Overall it was good.

I could cry . So sad to think the we could be treated with such utter disrespect. We arrived late after flying in ...place was dirty, maybe they will clean tomorrow...nope, garbage everywhere, hallway ,elevator, stairways which we tried instead of the elevator...so gross. Party people were in hallways and parking lot. When we complained and staff refused to acknowledge any problem we said then we will check out....they told us we couldn't and refused to take my room key...I asked for some proof that we were leaving but the two staff members refused . We left and went to another hotel. Now they just charged my Visa for 4 nights. I am counting on Best Western Corp...to make things right and most of all to thoroughly investigate this hotel and it's unprofessional treatment of its customers. Covid Cleanliness is not practiced here.

Where to begin? I booked last minute as I was in town for a funeral. I arrived to the hotel to check in around 11:30 PM to find a party hotel. People making out on the grass behind the hotel, tons of people partying in the parking lot (drinking and smoking marijuana in camping chairs (when I asked about this the hotel said it was fine and usual.) I parked my car neorvisly in the parking lot ( and later returned to find some of these partiers leaning against my car. I checked in, walked to the elevator which had BLOOD SPOTS ALL OVER, I went to the 2nd floor to find several rooms with open doors (people going between rooms LOUDLY partying and towels along the hallway with VOMIT and garbage bags covering the hall. I went to the room they had sent me too and other guests were already inside (wrong key?) I went back down to the lobby and asked for a refund (absoletly unacceptable conditions.....) I was told they couldn't until a manager arrived but was assured they would refund the next day. NO REFUND HAPPENED. I will be complaining to head office and hope that a refund comes. This experience has made me NEVER want to stay at a Best Western again, I will never book with one after this. DO NOT STAY HERE EVER. HORRIBLE, LOUD FILTHY!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had a pleasant time at this hotel. The breakfasts were well stocked and the rooms are clean and quiet, even though it is located near the airport! The location is good for getting in and out of London.

Overall was a very good stay. The rooms are very clean and quiet. The staff were very helpful. The kitchen staff not so much. If there's more than 3 people in line it's probably easier and quicker to eat out.

I like the modern, clean rooms and east London location of this hotel. It is easy to get to and has a nicely landscaped property. It is relaxing and offers good internet service and good breakfast options. It has become our go-to hotel when visiting London.

My wife and I go to London several times a year and we stay at Best Western London Airport Inn and Suites every time. It is a great facility, nice people, good quality breakfast, clean room, free parking. The wi-fi is pretty fast as well.

Everyone at the Hotel was very friendly and helpful. We keep coming back to this hotel. We like the way they treat everyone. The room was large and clean. We had great wifi in the room. The breakfast was great. We enjoyed our stay.

Service was great at the front desk as well as breakfast. We had a dog and they were very accommodating put us close to a side door so it was easy to go outside. Although a pandemic they still offered continental breakfast with many options.

If all of the Best Western Hotels are as great as the one in London, Ontario and the staff be nearly as exceptional as they were I wouldn't need to go anywhere else. The took great care of me and my needs during my 3 nights stay.

I travel for work and I'm in a best Western 2 nights a week. Liverpool NY and Niagara falls NY..this was my 1st time at the London location, at the London location at check in I was informed that I needed a credit card for a security deposit, our work uses corporate lodging and no other time have i been asked for a credit card to be put on file... she insisted that its company policy at all locations.. I almost stay....

783239238 Much like some of the other reviews, we were moved rooms a total of 3 times in one hour due to filth in the rooms.Im not overly picky but this was blatant filth accumulated over time .at check in we were put through a speil about rooms being empty for 3 days between guest to guarantee sanitization in compliance with covid...we opened the door to room #1 to find slept in beds and dirty towels. Back to the desk to move to room two, we moved in unpacked, staff apologized no harm no fowl, time for a shower, shampoo bottles were empty as well as a few that had what appeared to be food on them? Off to the desk for replacement, back to room..pull comforter down to find stains , holes in sheets and hair in the bedding..we called to have house keeping properly change bedding, we were then offered the option to move to a "king suite" which we chose to do, we immediately checked bedding which was even dirtier then the last room, again, hair and multiple stains in bedding, we were tired so had house keeping come in again and change the bedding, after another 30 mins we left the hotel, it had food on the ceilings, old dusty spiderwebs everywhere as well as splatters and stains everywhere..the manager asked if it was ok if house keeping cleaned the room tomorrow? We decided to pack up and go else where. this would not even receive 1 star. Front desk staff were friendly, but female manager clearly doesn't care at all, our options presented were basically pay to stay in filth or don't stay...we gladly didn't stay.. pictures are only of the king suite..and we could have easily taken dozens more..

I stay in this hotel every week for one night due to work business. The management of the hotel gave me a special rate for loyal guests. I enjoy recreational pool when it is available, now due to pandemic it has been closed. I stayed for a night with my husband. This was quick stopover on our way back home. First, loved the hospitality provided by the hotel manager Sid. He is a delight to deal with. If there has to be someone greeting you when you come to stay at a hotel it should be someone like Sid. He was extremely polite, friendly and really went above and beyond to make sure we knew what we were paying for and accommodated all of our requests. Rooms were very clean. Spotless. They also provided with a grab and go breakfast which was decent. If I have to stay in London again I'm surely staying here again!

Convenient to the airport and only 10 minutes from the downtown. The staff here are friendly and helpful. The rooms are super clean and the beds are plush with crisp linens. The amenities are great (pool, fitness room) and can be booked for use during COVID. The cost per night is very reasonable. Thanks for the awesome service experience!

the room was excellent. when i got home i told my husband the towels were better then any other hotels i have stayed at. not cheap towels .the staff were great and very friendly when i asked a question they answered me right away. i asked for a wake up call at 4am and also for a taxi called for 4:30 am. i have stayed there before and will stay again.

The hotel was very clean. Service was excellent. Continental breakfast was good considering we're dealing with the restrictions of COVID. Benefits of free internet/pool and amenities were great. I certainly will be using this hotel in the future and recommending to my colleagues, friends and family. A great experience.

Rooms were not very clean, a concern during covid. Had issues booking for my wedding party. Room was not fully accessible for my partner in a wheelchair. We would have booked else wear if we knew this. We were given a floor for our wedding party, that was nice and we were able to book the pool for an hour for our kids that was a bonus. The room needed repairs in the bathroom from water damage and when you showered the entire bathroom floor flooded! Internet was very slow. There was no hook ups on the TVs for kids play stations games. Restaurant was not open and no alternative was given.

i had reserved a reservation for a night with my 3 small pugs. I chose the hotel even though it was out of my way because the lady who booked my reservation was so helpful. when i arrived the manager, Connie Page seemed she was having a bad day right of the bat, which we all have those. She was very confusing to what i had booked and extremely short when I was asking for clarification as to what she was asking. each time I asked what she was trying to explain or correct her about what i was booked for she just got flustered and and very unprofessional especially for a manager. She got so stressed she called me rude and refused my stay. (the other two staff were very nice) I was selling my house and had planned to stay there willing to pay for the nights plus 90$ for 3 6lb pugs but only staying the day. The Holiday Inn on Wellington London were half the price less and so polite and accommodating. My family was to stay at the Best Western next weekend and they have decided to stay elsewhere.

Overall hotel was stunning and the ambiance was impressive! Stayed here for one night in their beautiful suite room. The people from the hotel made us feel special by decorating our room with the linen origami, chocolates, champagne... Front desk was friendly and helpful. When we arrived the check-in process was quick. The room was great it had a separate sitting area, kitchen and dinning space. The beds and pillows were very comfy. We had a great time. The only n only negative thing I would say is we requested the GSA for a late checkout for an hour which they said no for. Like I have stayed at other hotels but they never say no for an hour so I was little disappointed. But overall we had a great time!!

Very nice and friendly staff. The hotel and room was clean. Grab and go breakfast was a great option, everything was individually wrapped and they offered many options! Pet friendly room was a must for us and they accommodated that without any issues.

I was moved rooms a total of 4 times in one night due to how dirty the rooms were. I couldn't believe that this happened so many times as each bed and room was filthy with brown stains on the bedding as well as other stains throughout the room. The room I ended up in at the end was cleaner, however the air conditioning barely worked and it was so hot inside. This isn't something I would expect from a best western. For a chain that says they are doing extra cleaning due to Covid-19, I'm quite surprised. The floors were also filthy and hadn't been washed or vacuumed in a long time. The hotel's response was “sorry we are overwhelmed and can't keep up”. I'll never stay here again.

Was not aware of a $250.00 deposit at checkin. Tried to cancel room at a earlier date but was refused. Funds were tight due to Covid 19. Was not going to them money for nothing. The event I was supposed to attend was canceled.

This Best Western Inn is very clean with good-sized, well appointed rooms. The staff is always courteous and helpful. Comfortable beds and a good TV with plenty of stations. Great hot breakfast with eggs and sausage available, waffles too. Car charging stations available.

We recently had a trip booked out of London Airport and had 2 rooms booked at the Best Western London Airport, unfortunately after having to call to cancel many times (as no one answering reservation line) that when I did cancel i did not write down the cancellation info and the 2 rooms were charged. After numerous calls (and messages) the Best Western London, i was unable to get my money back (as they are stating I no showed). I requested to work with them, trying to get a credit for when we did re-book our vacation and nothing. I am extremely disappointed, during this uncertain time dealing with the pandemic, i would have hoped for some compassion from the hotel.

I stay at numerous Best Western properties for travel. This is by far the best one when compared to others. For it's size and location, it was very clean, quiet and the atmosphere was welcoming after the long drive.

The staff at the Best Western London Airport were very customer service oriented. The rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful when needed. The breakfast bar was very good with many different varieties of breakfast foods, juice and coffee. The atmosphere was very bright and cheery. We were in London to work at the London Boat, Fishing and Outdoor show at the Western Fairgrounds. They also would run a shuttle service for us if necessary. There is not enough words I can say about the staff they were all so helpful to us. We will definitely be returning to this hotel.

I stayed one night in February due to the vis rail stoppage. I was quoted $142 for the night with $30 pet fee. My final bill was $250!!!!! I feel they need more accuracy and honesty with pricing. Our room was adequate but the staff was unapologetic and unwavering. They quoted their “policy”” over and over all the while not making eye contact or and compromise. I will not stay there again or recommend this hotel to anyone I know.

After a very, very stressful drive to London in extremely dense fog affecting visibility and waiting several hours at London airport to pick up a relativer off a flight which was re-routed at the last minute to Windsor, I had a very unexpected stay at this motel. The young woman at the front desk was very polite and efficient. I had a spacious room with a king size bed which was very comfortable. Next morning, the breakfast buffet was nicer than most at this type of motel. The sausages and pea meal bacon were tasty as was the orange juice. I was astounded to see the effort to provide a gluten free muffin along side all the pastries and breads I cannot eat. This is very rare in these types of establishments and is very much appreciated.

I booked through Priceline. Hotel refused to provide me with a room because I had a pet even though the sign on the front desk said pet friendly. I agreed to the additional charge for the pet and they issued me room keys. As soon as I walked in the room they called the phone in the room and told me I could not stay because of the pet. The front desk told me I would have to contact priceline for a refund and that the hotel manager would approve the refund. They refuse to authorize a refund and told priceline that we stayed in the room. I have reached out to the hotel and to Best Western corporate. The answer has been too bad and we are keeping your money. I went a couple of kilometers to the Staybrige Suites. It was clean comfortable and the staff was courteous. Avoid the Best Western in London!!

We stay at this hotel when we have to fly from London.The hotel is immaculate, park and fly, access to shuttle available and close to all amenities.Good selection for breakfast, Internet access and coffee or tea available x 24 hrs. All staff is polite,prompt and professional. It's like a home away from home.

Room was very nice,clean with frig,microwave &kueig coffee pot. Fluffy towels& great shower. Very accommodating for our hockey team. Breakfast with a lot of choices. Would stay again. Don't miss the Bakery just a short way from Hotel,amazing!

Our sledge hockey team stayed there only to find out the elevator was not working. Our rooms had to be changed. Our friends also did not get the adjoining rooms they had booked. Beyond that the breakfast selection was very good. Pool water was a funky colour.

Had an amazing time with my husband. I took my breakfast, had enough options. Ladies were there to help and they offered me more coffee, and everyone said “good morning”, service was great. We will be back!

Great stay at Best Western London, the facility was well kept, the room was very comfortable and quiet and the staff very accomadating. We really enjoyed the breakfast area and the breakfast choices foods to eat.

Front desk staff totally ignored my concerns. They gave my wife the wrong room key, and she literally walked into the room and woke up a startled family. The front desk staff did not ask her for I'd! - our room did not get made over after first night. Will not stay there again.

Hotel check in was a disaster.. no common sense by staff to deal with large group coming in. Although spouse had email confirmation from me of stay fellow said he could not be checked in because booking was not in his name and hotel was full. I ended up having to call the front desk to knock some sense into them from Toronto. Rooms where clean. Sink water pressure was poor for brushing teeth. Beds very soft and pillows typical of any hotel. The “complementary “ breakfast was ok- again typical -something for everyone to eat . Kids enjoyed the pool for fun. Would stay again if flying out from the airport- but not for full weekend as we did.

Clean, spacious, roomy reception and breakfast/lounge area with great selection on the free breakfast buffer. Pool was a great temperature and the kids were delighted that the hotel provided pool noodles and a ball to augment the pool toys we brought with us. Very convenient to London Airport and restaurants.

Nice hotel, modern rooms, very clean. Pool was nice, check in/out was easy, shuttle was convenient and on time. They gave us a to go breakfast as we had to leave to catch our flight before they started breakfast.

Without getting into the details- I stay in hotels often for work. I stayed for almost two weeks in December and was saddened by the decline in service from other properties I have stayed at. The room and the hotel itself was well taken care of and the rooms were clean. I found in needlessly hard to make reservations despite contacting the hotel directly and had a descrepency in my bill that was hard to get/still hasn't been corrected. I have always had great service both at the front desk as well as cleaning staff and room service with Best Western, but was sad to see that constomer service isnt maintained throughout the chain.

Everything was great, the housekeeper went out of her way to bring extra towels and washcloths and the breakfast buffet was well stocked with good variety and fresh. Would have liked to have more time to enjoy the pool and fitness center, looked inviting. Will be back for sure!

I was in London following the funeral of my eldest son. Unfortunately, a few mistakes were done when booking the room which resulted in me having 2 rooms booked for the same night when I only needed one. Although the booking agency was willing to forgo the reservation at no cost, the manager refused, stating hotel policies. I had already spent one night and given him my business and was willing to spend a second night. Needless to say, I ended up having to pay for two room and this was the first and last time I will stay there. It was also very noisy in the morning with people displaying lack of respect by being loud in the hallway while speaking on their cell phones instead of remaining in their rooms. When I returned home, the manager did call me back but he was not interested in solving the issue. He wanted to justify his actions. I hope that the $160.00 that he "took" from me will be worth all the business that we would have given him as we will be travelling to London a few more times in the upcoming year. His hotel will not be one that we will chose.

Good updates and clean (not me clean but clean). Not pet friendly for leisure meetings. We came for a family Christmas on the 2nd floor and were booked onto the 1st floor. Our 5 year old dog who was abandoned by her first two owners causing her severe separation anxiety could not leave the room. We couldn't attend our family event we drove 4 hours too. If we left her alone in the room she would have chewed and clawed the door off to get out.

After my son's appointment in London Hospital, there was a good snow storm going on, so we couldn't go home, We stopped at the hotel and they were able to get us a room. It included a good breakfast that includes gluten free bread and muffins. They were kind and offer a good medical discount. We will stay there again. The type of trip is none listed but a combo of medical and snow storm.

The staff were very friendly and the did a great job at keeping the breakfast buffet stocked with all the people that were there. I see that some people complaining about the treatment of the hockey team. The perspective of another guest “me” was that they were quite disruptive. Kids were running around the halls, and a few people had doors propped open so they could come and go as they pleased. They were still running around and carrying on past 9:30pm. I luckily didn't have an flight early in the morning, but if someone on our floor did I can see how this would of been very annoying and disruptive to their sleep. Perhaps the staff could of been a bit more accommodating to you, but you could have been a little more mindful of the other guests.

As I stood at the front desk for the very lengthy process of using a gift card, the front desk Manager (Connie) was telling the other worker "if they think they are going to get something to eat before they leave, then come back again and eat some more, they are mistaken". This was the first I learned that my 10 year old daughters ringette team (who had a 7am game 1/2 hour away) wouldn't be able to grab a banana or granola bar and have something to eat (since they had to leave before the 6am buffet opening). I was thoroughly disgusted with the pettiness of this worker and told her as much. We had rented approximately 30+ rooms, and for them to be 'penny wise and pound foolish' over $9 in fruit was absurd. After some tense conversation, she 'had to speak with another manager' and they agreed they would graciously donate a banana and an apple to the cause for each girl. I'm sure most didn't even pick theirs up, but for that scene to have played out in public tells me we are dealing with a hotel that cuts corners, is cheap, and doesn't respect the business they are given. We (and our team of 30 rooms/ 2-3 nights each) won't be back.

We visited with our hockey team recently and had a very frustrating stay. We were made to sign waivers upon arrival. Within 30 mins of getting settled in our rooms, 5 of us were standing in the hall talking about where we were going to eat dinner, when front desk staff came up to our floor and told us we can't stand in the hall! We were shocked. To make a long story short, they have cameras in all the halls and elevators and literally stock you with them. They made multiple threats to call police over the most minor of things. Our kids are in grade 8 and 9 so they didn't do much more than walk the halls and hang out in the common areas. We were forced to spend $150 for a hospitality room because of how strict they were. 3 days after we checked out, one of our parents were notified that we had damaged the room!!! We were all shocked. We are not a crazy, party bunch of people. We played euchre in there and the kids didn't even use it. He was charged $150 for repairs on his credit card. And they wouldn't believe us that there was no way we did that damage! If you stay here, take pictures of your rooms before and after you leave for your own security or better yet, stay at another hotel!!!! I've been a hockey parent for 8 years and never encountered a hotel like this. And they advertise to hockey teams for tournaments on Room Roster. Don't know why when we were clearly not welcome from the minute we arrived.

Beautiful place with comfortable beds and nice room! Pool is a little bland but still swimable. Breakfast was delicious and warm! I'd definitely go back and enjoy it again and would recommend that others check it out.

Clean room. Great staff. Excellent breakfast. First time staying at this hotel. I am very fussy of cleanliness. It more than met my expectations. The breakfast was better than most breakfasts. We will stay at this location again.

Terrible experience from the moment we got there to check in. We were a hockey team and based off the other review im reading some teams are treated differently. Our kids (13-14) were older than the other team staying in the hotel therefore took the brunt of the staff blaming for minor reasons. We rented a meeting room and were charged the deposit for some dings in the wall under the tables and odd locations they said we did. Took them 4 full days to let us know of this damage so anyone could have been in there since. our kids were never in this room and was about 12 adults playing cards. Basically a reason for them to fix and repaint the room at our expense. Night staff lied about things kids were doing even when we called them on it which turned our stay into a nightmare. Wont be staying at Best Western chains in the future. Been to over 25 hockey tournaments and have never had a problem except for here. No one is saying our kids are angels but definitely werent doing half the things they were accused of. Cant even think of one staff member that was nice or accomodating from the operations manager, marketing, day staff, night staff and even cleaning staff. Complete joke. If you are staying here as a group id say look elsewhere as they will hate having you. Carpets in the rooms are gross and stained.

We came here for a hockey tournament. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms and hotel are very very clean. Our team used the common eating area and sofas to eat and get together. The housekeeping staff and manager provided us with large garbage bags. They also helped take care of empty pizza boxes and garbage. We would come back and stay here for sure.

Great place to stay and I was surprised they had Airport shuttle. The proximity to the London Airport is very good. The hotel staff very friendly. Beds very comfortable and the room was a nice size. The shower was great as well.

Very much enjoyed our stay here. Convenient location, pleasant room and exercise facility, good breakfast and great staff. Although the hotel was quite full, it was quiet. Our second stay here and we would highly recommend it.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone! We were there for a hockey tournament and the staff were bugging us to be quiet upon entry!! We checked in at 4pm on the Friday and had staff banging on our rooms by 430! We were just getting settled... they hounded us all weekend we even rented the party room to avoid being loud and they still hounded us every second of our stay! If they can't handle large groups they shouldn't book them! The service provided was disgusting!!

Room and everything was really nice. Unfortunately my stay was very short as I had to fly out at 5am. Very close and convenient to the Airport. That was why I booked the room there. My only complaint was that it was expensive for my very short stay.

Book ahead sports teams stay here alot. Was quiet at 10pm. Disability requirements were met. Clean good breakfast in morning. I've stayed here b4 and they have made tings better for my stay. Disabled person myself.

We appreciated the service everywhere: front desk, breakfast, cleaning staff, and shuttle service. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was conveniently close to the airport and our favourite car rental facility.

My sister and I received the most excellent service beginning with Sid, Front Desk Manager, Diane the shuttle driver and Judy in the breakfast room. They made us feel comfortable and welcomed. We highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again and again. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

The staff in other check in and out seemed to have no clue of what they were doing and insulted me when their mistake was proven. Then they gave us 2 cans of coke as a gesture for the " miscommunication "

Excellent location, few kilometers from Highway 401 and very close to Airport. Quiet rooms. Friendly staff and fast checking and checkout. Clean premises and room. We requested a pet-friendly room and staff was very accommodating. No musty smell and ultra clean room. Extensive enough selection for breakfast offerings. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone passing through London or anyone wanting to be close to airport access. Highly recommend this hotel. Get value for price.

We stayed here to attend an event in London. The location is very close to the airport, which was convenient for making an early morning flight. The room was good and the breakfast a bit basic (paper plates and plastic cutlery) but adequate. We did have problems getting the right room key. The first keys we were given did not work. After returning to the desk for new keys, we returned to find out that the keys now worked, but the room was occupied. A third trip to the desk finally got us a new room that was not occupied. Staff were very apologetic for the screw ups and gave us a discount for our troubles.

Our stay here was very good. The room was clean & spacious. The staff are very helpful & courteous. The buffet breakfast in the morning was great - a great variety of items . We didn't use the pool but it looked very nice . The fitness room was a nice asset . We didn't even realize until morning that there was a youth hockey teams staying here as well . Noise was not an issue at all .

Easy free parking close to our room. No restaurant which is why I gave it a 4 star but the buffet breakfast was adequate and no lineups to speak of. Judy the breakfast attendant was very friendly and made the rounds with a coffee pot. Our room maid was very thorough and friendly, I didnt get her name but we were there 25th and 26th of September. The hotel looked like a brand new hotel in my opinion as I think it had been recently renovated. Kids enjoyed the pool. I enjoyed reading and looking at the pictures of all the airplanes . The front desk staff was warm and inviting and seemed to really take an interest to ensure we had a good stay and to contact them if we needed anything. They were firm yet courteous when informing our boys that mini sticks were not allowed in the hallways. My apologies for the trouble. Lots of restaurants , sportchek etc just down the road. I would definitely return to this hotel. It is a credit to the Best Western chain.

We really enjoyed this hotel, the salt water pool is great, the beds are super comfy, staff are really friendly, and breakfast was delicious! They also had evening snack of chips/pita bread and choice of salsa or hummus. We would stay here again!

Some of the room lights were not working. We arrived at 11pm so no one could sort out this issue. Breakfast was average. No parking fees was great. Curtains did not completely prevent sun from entering the room.

Stayed in a king size bedroom, it is very spacious. Room and bathroom are very clean. Breakfast options is great. A very comfortable and quiet hotel. There is a laundry room, makes it very convenient to do your laundry. Free parking is also provided. Service provided by staff is ok.

We had a lovely stay. The staff is helpful. Location is perfect for us. Very close to many restaurants and a little shopping. It has a fridge so we could keep our lunch for our conference the next day. Microwave too.

I always have trouble sleeping however the bed and pillows were amazing. Overall the hotel was quiet at night however the usual Saturday night unruly hockey brats/adults woke me up at 2:30am running through the corridors and playing loudly in the stairwell. Needless to say I was very groggy and it ruined my next day. If it wasn't for that I would have rated this hotel a 5. All the staff were friendly courteous and helpful,especially Katie at the front desk and Diann the evening cleaner and driver who were both exceptional. While the location was great for me, it may not seem to be for other guests as it isn't next door to amenties or downtown HOWEVER the complimentary shuttle will drive you to/from the airport or anywhere a reasonable distance from the hotel - how great is that! - no need to drive or find parking. The ladies at the breakfast buffet were lovely, kept the area clean and made sure you had what you needed to start the day - the food is simple but fresh . I was amazed that they served coffee at your table. If you want to stay in a recently tastefully renovated cozy, friendly and spotless hotel this is the place.

It was a great stay. Clean rooms and customer service was great! I love friendly service and we received that and more. We will stay again when we go to London. We did not use the pool so I have no comment on that. Sorry

I've always enjoyed our stay at Best Western hotels. Although this time too many things just weren't satisfactory. And the staff seemed confused or didn't understand when approached. 10 days was too long for this stay.

I recently coordinated a four day golf excursion to London ON for 10 participants. We stayed three nights at the Best Western London Airport and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the choices for breakfast where complete and well prepared, and our rooms and the common spaces where very clean. We would definitely return to this hotel.

My husband and I have never been to Canada. The hotel made our traveling out of the country awesome. We stayed for 10 days. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped answer all of our questions. Gave us suggestion on places to visit. Leslie in housekeeping was amazing!!! My husband was in school all week so I was alone at the hotel. She made me feel right at home. She is a valuable team member for this hotel. I am glad our paths crossed. The service was great. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was okay. We are from the US so the food was good but different. We got excited when they had bacon for breakfast. This only happened twice in the 10 days we were there. They only suggestion I have is put bacon on menu more than twice a week. Higly recommend this hotel.

Great and friendly , the reception team were the most helpful and courteous, the room was perfect as we have pets. Our stay was the most perfect, definitely will go back. Close to the city, and shopping, and great location.

Loved this hotel. When we walked in from the cold, we were greeted by a beautiful fire! Felt warm right away. We were checked in and checked on, making sure everything was right with our room. Delightful front desk staff. Breakfast was as expected and our hostess, Judy, was a delight and always ready with coffee refills!

I arrived at Best Western London Airport Inn & Suites to stay for my sisters wedding. Approximately a dozen rooms were booked by family and friends. I had booked late, not as part of the wedding block, but under my own name and membership, reserving a King Balcony Suite. Upon arriving, check in went smooth and my suite was what I was expecting it to be. Later that evening, my sisters fiancée contacted me. The suite that Best Western allowed me to book was in fact the suite that they had reserved for him and my sister. They had mistakenly cancelled their reservation. The hotel fully admits to this error and says it was due to an “unknown glitch”. By this time at night there was only a single room left available at the hotel to give to my sister on her wedding eve, and it was a much lesser room. I happily gave up my suite to my sister and her fiancée and moved into the smaller room with the expectation that when a manager was on duty the next day, we would be able to resolve the situation. The next morning, the groom and I went to the lobby and spoke to the day manager. The result was that he needed to talk to the general manager as he was unable to do anything himself. Eventually after hearing back, the hotel refuses to in any way attempt to make right their mistake. The best they have offered is to discount my sister a portion of her stay and nothing for myself, which is unacceptable for this type of mistake on such an important day. Especially considering the amount of business that our families and friends gave the hotel for this weekend. As of now I have been charged full price for a suite that I did not get to stay in, and my sister and her husband were giving a small discount on the same suite. Additionally, I have repeatedly asked that the general manager contact me directly, but up to this point they so far refuse to do so, instead relaying their messages through their staff, who I understand must do as they are told. It is further insulting to both of us that the hotel offers nothing but excuses and self defences in response to our demands of customer satisfaction. I fully understand that mistakes happen, this is not the first time ever. It is however the first time where the customer service was this horrid from a recognizable brand, and there was so little desire to do right by the customer. I will be taking this to Best Western Corporate, and as a frequent traveller I will be avoiding this brand.

Hotel was clean and easy to navigate. Slightly farther off 401 than other hotels but appeared to be close to London International Airport. Entry and exit from hotel was decently easy. Buffer breakfast had plenty of options. Room was clean and well maintained. Additional parking would be an asset. Staff all friendly.

A really horrible experience. We booked a suite for our wedding here and had all our out of town guests book here as well. When my now husband went to check-in he was told the room was cancelled months ago due to a system error. We had not been notified when the room was cancelled. They didn't apologize or try anything to rectify the situation. Both my husband and brother (who gave up his room for us) have made multiple attempts to resolve the situation but they keep pushing us off. Very disappointed and we regret all the business we have them this weekend.

Management at this hotel will lie and scam you out of more money when it is time to check out at this hotel. Especially when you are with a large group. Beware of all the initialing they ask you to do at check in. These people are actually using the documents to take more money from you. Very unfortunate to have this kind of experience, as there where many other good people who work there.

We were pleased with our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. The breakfast was great with friendly and helpful staff. And we were able to charge our electric car!

We had requested an early check-in as we were going to be guests at a wedding later in the afternoon. Our room was ready in plenty of time. Check in was super easy. Our room was very nice with a huge king-sized bed. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Don't have a lot of negative to say. There's always the odd other guest that are annoying, but that's not the hotels fault, any needs or problems that we brought to attention of front desk were handled in a timely matter, not more than 15 minutes. Hotel is fairly clean, we had a few problems with the hairdryer in the air conditioning and TV remote the last time we were there but that was unusual, it's the last several times we've been very happy. Breakfast is really nice and has a large variety. Can't say a bad thing about the breakfast and helpful staff at breakfast if you do need something.

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms and extremely comfortable bed. Breakfast also great. Was expecting muffins, Danish, coffee and orange juice. But were pleasantly surprised by the hot scrambles eggs, bacon, and pancakes and fresh fruit!!!

After checking in with the pleasant clerk at the front desk, and making my way through a very clean hotel, my room smelled good, and was clean. I slept like a baby in their comfy bed. Since the renovations it's like a brand new hotel. Great place, I'll be back!

When I am in London I always stay at this location. The rooms are clean and the price is what I have found to be the best bang for the buck. The breakfast is not a continental style but a hot buffet style that the staff keep hot and fresh. I've stayed at this location and commuted across town because of the comfort level.

This is the second time we've stayed at this Best Western and we will stay there again. It is clean, comfortable and easy to access from the highway. The breakfast is delicious and has loads of options. The check in is easy, the beds very comfortable and the whole hotel is very clean.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Best Western London Airport. The hotel, room, facilities are very clean. The room was very spacious, nice hot shower, the breakfast was excellent and the staff very attentive and pleasant to deal with. The facilities were all working well. The only reason it did not get a 5 star rating is the beds were not the greatest, specifically the mattresses and we had guests staying at the property who felt that they had to slam the doors when they left their rooms. But nothing I could not live with.

Found this hotel to be all you would expect . Room was clean and comfortable bathroom was above the normal standard .The breakfast buffet was large and had everything from cereal to eggs etc. This hotel is pet friendly which whilst I don't mind . I do not relish the thought of what some of these pets may have been doing. And wish that these rooms were designated.

We stayed at the London Airport Inn and Suites while on a golf excursion this summer. The hotel did a complete renovation a couple of years ago, and the rooms are wonderful. They all have refrigerators, Kerrigan coffee makers and microwave ovens. The beds are terrific too! Decor is modern with a bit of nostalgia added in around old airplanes. The staff was very accommodating. There are a number of golf courses within 10 minutes of the hotel, and lots of good restaurants (Toscanno's is great) in the neighborhood. The breakfast included was really good with lots of hot and cold choices.

The staff are friendly always smiling I felt that I am very welcome in the Hotel. The food are excellent . The place is quiet and clean. I am very much satisfied with their service. I can recommend this hotel to all my friends.

We were in town to drop our son off to his second year at Fanshawe. The room was very inviting. So peaceful. It was the down time that we needed after a busy day. Pool was not very busy so our daughter really enjoyed her experience there. Hot breakfast was fabulous with lots of options. Definitely worth the price of the room. I would recommend it anytime.

We were very happy with the hotel! All staff was friendly and greeted you with a smile. Breakfast was fantastic. Room was very clean. The only small complaint I have is on our second night (Saturday) we got back to the hotel fairly late and there was no parking.

Easy to get to from 401. Rooms were clean, staff and service were great! The hot breakfast served was an unexpected, but much appreciated, bonus. I would recommend this hotel for business or personal stays.

We spent 4 nights at this location. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left everything went well. All staff we had dealings with, from check-in to the cleaning ladies to the kitchen staff everyone was polite and very helpful. I was impressed with the two reserved parking spots for Platinum and Diamond Elite members. Something I have not seen in any other Best Western. It's very convenient to the airport, about a 5 minute drive. We will definitely return.

This hotel is amazingly clean and comfortable. The staff are happy and cautious. The breakfast is fantastic. I highly highly recommend this as your first choice to stay in London. They set the standards very high. All hotels should be this clean & comfortable.

The hotel is an easy drive to\\from the airport. It has great access to major routes through London. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful particularly housekeeping. There was a good selection of hot and cold breakfast food and beverages. Coffee was available in the breakfast room during the day and evening.

There was an incident during my stay, in the room next door to mine, that necessitated my contacting the authorities. The person working the desk at that time was nowhere to be found; so at the very least, the hotel is inadequately staffed. Why, if there's only one employee working, would they not have a cellphone that relays the calls from reception, so even if they're not AT THE DESK, they can still respond to guests trying to reach them? I'm a young woman with a disability and the incident was such that I feared for my safety; the officer who responded to my 911 call told me I was at particular risk in situations like this and was right to call. The response to me by the staff was, "Your door was shut, and if it was locked, you were fine." A factually correct but tactless and tone-deaf statement to make. After the incident was dealt with, the employee whom my friend and I could not locate knocked on our door, asked us if we were okay and gave us a thumbs up. Again, tactless. Upon speaking to a supervisor about the conduct of the staff, I was told that in the end, the man was arrested, which was the important thing, and had I not called 911, the hotel would have; they insisted that the employee was in the lobby when the police were there, but they were in the lobby dealing with a backlog of guests who'd lined up in their absence. In the end, I was asked what I was hoping to achieve through this conversation with a manager, given that the night had been comped. To top it all off, my friend left a separate review about our stay and I was asked by the supervisor if I could ask her to remove it, because it is "unfair". The hotel also lacks appropriate accessibility options, as the only wheelchair accessible room has a king sized bed - no cots or pullouts. If you have a disability, odds are you're not travelling alone, and unless you're travelling with an intimate partner, one king sized bed is not appropriate. As such, I was forced to make due with an inaccessible room and it was insinuated that it was my problem - they have an inaccessible room, I COULD sleep in the same bed as my friend and be in the accessible room, I'm simply choosing not to.

This hotel has inadequate options for the disabled. The only accessible room has a king size bed. I travel with a client who is disabled. I do NOT wish to share a bed with her NOR would I. It is unethical and unacceptable!!! We made due with a room that was not accessible in order to have 2 separate beds. The second night we came back to the hotel at midnight to no one at the front desk. We went to our room where the people in the room next to us were arguing, which turned into a lot of thumping and banging to the point the walls and floor were shaking!!! We could here the yelling through the walls. We tried to call the front desk NO answer. My friend called the Police as we could not get a hold of the front desk. I went down as she was on the phone with 911 and there was still no one at the front desk. The banging and such continued. I went outside to see if I could find the person who was suppose to be at the front desk but no one could be seen. It took the front desk person at least 20-25 minutes to be back at the front desk from where ever. There was now a line up of 4-5 people waiting for assistance from the front desk. The front desk person also informed me that the Male from the room where the domestic violence was occuring stated he had a friend staying here at the hotel and he was wanting a room key to spend the night. He said that he usually gives one out but had decided to call the room and ask the friend first before giving out a room key. Leaves one feeling less than safe if this is a normal practice. Unacceptable and below par service from Best Western. Never have I had this kind of horrid service from a Best Western. Plus no one will take responsibility for the unacceptable below par experience from this location. Both Managers are on vacation as of Saturday evening until Monday morning!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

While our previous visit left somewhat to desire, this time everything was great. We particularly noted that, on arrival, we were recognized as regulars and, to compensate for the last time, we were offered a small ''Welcome package''. This certainly was not expected, but the thought that our remarks were taken seriously made a strong impression. The room was very comfortable, and breakfast is excellent. An enjoyable stay.

Room was filthy! No wifi in room. Shocked! Best Western used to be my go-to. I cant believe how far below standard the room was. Sad. Blood stains on duvet, curtains and pillow cases. Carpet very soiled. Got a new room, no apology, still subpar. Not impressed.

Great , stay was excellent and staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very good and there was plenty to chose a filling meal. I did not use the pool or exercise room because i was there for just a night. If I stay longer next time I know I will enjoy both.

This hotel is nice and clean, well maintained. It used to be operated under a different brand, it is older, but well kept. Clean rooms with great bathrooms, decent beds. No hesitation to recommend this hotel to friends.

Overall, the Best Western was a good hotel for us in London. Unfortunately our reservation coincided with a baseball tournament and there were multiple families also staying at the hotel. Many of the guests were inconsiderate of the other guests and even violated the hotel policy of no noise after 11 PM which I was happy to sign as we needed to be up extremely early the next morning. I will say the one thing that bothered my husband and I was that these guests were allowed to sit in the hallway, drink beer and also to smoke marijuana outside side door where the smell could creep into the building. I know it is legal in Canada, but they should not have been allowed to do it so close to a public facility. The hotel should consider asking guests to move further away from the building and to enter one of their rooms if they wanted to drink. The same adults left their beer cans throughout the hallway and they were still there the next morning when we went down for breakfast. The hotel staff and the facility was great other than this issue of not handling the unruly behaviours of guests.

Same day reservation as plans had changed. Offered a room in a quiet area for late arrival. Everything was as described. Desk staff very friendly and remembered me from last year. The near parking was full but there is ample parking behind that is well lit When you go for breakfast select the boiled eggs over the scrambled

We booked a group of guests to stay here for our wedding we had at a close golf club. Everything was great. The rooms were clean, good a/c, and the next morning breakfast was superb with a lot of different options. We booked with the Manager Lori and she was great. The renovations a couple years back have made this hotel and completely different spot. We will be staying here again next time we need a hotel in London.

Rooms and hotel very clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic for a hotel. Only thing is pool area small and extremely hot & humid. No rrap room for many observers when 2 teams of kids are in there. And no air flow because only door leading outside is considered a fire door and they don't allow it to be left open. But everything was great.

At first, it looked like a not so good part of town, but it turned out to be totally safe and secure. The room was very large. The bed had nice linens and the mattress was very comfortable. The coffee machine was keurig. The breakfast was nicely laid out and very roomy....it also had both sausage and canadian bacon. I would stay here again.

Although a little out of the way from Downtown London, the decor celebrates its proximity to the London Airport and is really well designed. The staff are proper Canadian in that they are friendly and helpful.

As soon as we entered the room, our first reaction was ‘ It's so clean and well taken care of'. Beds were very comfortable and there was lots of room on the bathroom counter for our toiletry bags. For your convenience, there was a Keurig coffee machine, fridge and microwave. The breakfast had everything that you would ever want even peameal bacon. Mmmm. There was plenty of everything with lots of room to manoeuvre around. The breakfast staff certainly kept the tables and counters well cleaned. Management must be very happy having the employees that they do. Would definitely stay here again.

Room decent size with microwave and fridge. Bathroom clean with decent shower head pressure. Booked for 4 and needed to request extra towels for each night of stay as only 3 were set in the room....pet peeve of ours having to request towels. Clean hotel with breakfast included (at least for our booking we got breakfast vouchers). The breakfast was ok. Would be better if they were a bit more environmentally friendly and not use so much disposal cutlery and plates. Lobby was decent size adjoining to the breakfast area so good amount of seating. Pool and gym on site. Parking was free but a bit crowded.

Room was clean but could use some updating. Walls are really banged up, carpet is gross, and the simple things like a screw in wall (pictured) brings the overall appearance of the hotel. The staff has a million rules (like they lock the gym and you can't use your key card to get in) when teams are onsite. This isn't helpful when you can't find a staff to escort you in. The garbage cans are small in the rooms, not really a huge deal except when we ate dinner in the room and had two overflowing cans went to the desk to get new can liners. Bagged up the trash and set it outside the room door (as instructed by the front desk staff) only to be scolded by the crabby housekeeper and told I could take it to the large cans outside next time. Don't ask for a washcloth either, apparently asking for more than the two they leave in room daily is an inconvenience. The pool was cloudy and hard to see the bottom. There were a lot of teams in the building so maybe they just couldn't keep up but by day 3 it was really cloudy. The noise at night was unacceptable (not so much the volume but the constant use of the f-word and well past midnight) and the response from the front desk was, “it's a hockey team there is nothing we can do” The breakfast was good, the beds were comfortable, and the price was right, but I wouldn't return if I had the choice of a nicer more accommodating place to stay.

Nice hotel, very quiet. I had a large room with a fridge, large bathroom. Great breakfast bar with many hot and cold choices. The hotel has a free shuttle. There is no restaurant within walking distance (2 KM).

I always get the King bed suite. It is clean & comfortable. No complaints about this hotel. Fitness and pool area are pretty standard and get the job done. The breakfast here is one of the best I've had at any hotel I've stayed at.

Located to the area where we wanted, pet friendly so we are able to bring our little dog, the room was clean, it was very quiet (no loud people running up and down hall), and the breakfast has a large variety to choose from.

When I last stayed at this hotel, I believe it was simply called the Airport Inn. Not sure if it was independently owned and operated. Assuming it is under new management, they've done a great job of preserving all of the positive aspects of the former owners including the aviation related pictures throughout the property, do miss the plane on the front lawn though. Registration and check in were quick and painless as was checkout. Rooms, including bathroom, clean and fresh smelling. Included breakfast was ample and covered many taste types. Overall good value for one's money.

Very impressed with this place. Very Clean! Service was extremely great and personnel were very cheerful. I highly recommend staying here if in London Ontario! Reservations were easy to do online and greeting was great when arrived. Breakfast included.

Totally impressed with being able to leave my car there small additional fee. Round trip transportation to and from London International Airport provided. Also had frozen entrees for purchase, so no need to leave hotel once there. Hotel staff called the room to make sure I did not need anymore from them, also confirmed wakeup call time.

I was very impressed with this BW Hotel. From a facilities perspective it was your standard BW so you know what to expect but there were a number of things that made this visit excellent. On arrival that staff was of the best check ins I've experienced. Professional, fast, inviting. The mattresses were awesome slept so well. In the weekend we were there the hotel was completely full with lots of families and teams. Lots of kids. You'd think this would be loud but no. The room and halls were quiet in the evening. The breakfast was great and again the staff managing it were excellent. We needed extra towels they were brought with a smile. I guess if I had to say one negative is the area around the hotel doesn't really have a lot to offer but the hotel and its staff make up for it. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in London.

Overall great service and location. The rooms seemed to have been remodeled recently. The shower head was positioned too short. I am 61 and I was taller than my shower head. Great central location and service was good!

We really enjoy staying at this hotel whenever we come into the city of London...We find the overall value to be great. Stayed for a weekend hockey tournament. There were two other teams staying also. Breakfast staff and room service staff were amazing. Super polite and attentive. Made sure we had everything we needed. Hotel was clean, breakfast service was always fully stocked. Hosting hockey teams can be daunting but they did a great job.

2nd year in a row that we stayed here for Hockey. Rooms are clean and well kept. We were allowed to have a meeting room for the kids and adults to eat Pizza and have a small get together. Close to the Arenas and lots of parking.

The location for me was perfect. The staff could've been more welcoming. No smiles. No enthusiasm by anyone. Including the hotel manager. We had a snowstorm the day before I was staying. They shoveled the walkways and parking lot quickly. The suite I was in was very clean and tidy. I had the best sleeep ever. It was the comfortable pillows and mattress. I actually went home and bought similar pillows and my sleep has improved. The breakfast was amazing. Lots of variety. The breakfast staff was super nice and helpful. I'd come again because of them. The front people and manager could take a lesson on being welcoming.

Great hotel with great service. Easy access to the highway and way to down town. Clean, and comfy beds and clean rooms. The staff go out of their way to say hello in the morning and make sure everything is ok and are willing to help and try to accomdate any needs.

Stayed here for the night after dropping daughter back off at school. Comfy beds. Clean. Easy check in. Awesome complimentary breakfast. There was a pool although we didn't use it. 5 mins from Fanshawe and shopping centre. Fridge and Microwave in room.

I did feel the staff was slow at check-in and we were a part of a bigger group. They could have checked the group together rather than individual rooms. I did not use the pillows as I was not happy with them at all did not find them as clean as should be.

I came here on business and chose the hotel by 1) its proximity to the site I was visiting and 2) by comparison of its pictures with other hotels nearby. No contest with the latter. This hotel looked clean, well-kept and possibly only a few years old. I was greeted at the desk by a friendly clerk who expedited my entry and sent me on my way. The room was clean – one of the cleaner hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. Everything about it was perfect. Lots of space, plenty of channels and nice reading lights. The desk worked for me and the bed was very comfortable – I actually overslept once. Breakfast was the typical assortment of breads, bagels, pastries and cereals. Beyond that there were fresh eggs – scrambled and hard boiled – bacon, peameal bacon (for my fellow Americans who might not know, that's what we call Canadian bacon), sausage, pancakes with strawberries and whipped cream, juices and coffees. I think there was a waffle making station too, but I never investigated that. The pancakes were great. Overall, the stay far surpassed expectations. If I come back to London I'll definitely stay there again.

The hotel was very clean and the staff welcoming and efficient. There was a mix up during registration and the desk clerk was sincere in apologizing for the error and went above normal service levels to make sure I was happy with my new room. The hotel was a restful hotel. Problem being not near any high end eating establishments. Delivery of food recommended was excellent. That is the only thing I found not to my liking. Not the hotel's fault

Was here for a tournament for 3 nights. Easy check-in, ample parking but only 1 luggage cart available, which was always in use in seemed. Room was okay. The beds were hard and the towels so thin. The walls are pretty thin too. We had the room across from the pool so the hall was always loud and busy. Ask for a different area of the hotel. The hallway also smelled of smoke. Gross. Pool was adequate but why can't you take the towels out of the pool area. What a ridiculous rule, the kids then leave dripping and freezing from the pool to their rooms. They need a different way to monitor the pool towels if that is the reasoning for the pool towels rule. The lounge is great for relaxing outside of your rooms and he breakfast was well stocked, hot with a lot of options. I was also pleased with the eating area. It was large and clean. And this is the first place I was ever denied a late check-out, with the excuse being they don't allow late checkouts on the weekends. Odd.

It was also our first tournament that the hotel staff asked the parents congregate in one area which was great. We other parents from other teams, and we all had a blast. We have stayed at this Best Western several times since our daughter moved to London. The Best Western Airport London was a nice enough looking facility with a very professional courteous staff. The rooms were well lit, organized and appeared to be clean. By the time I checked out of the hotel after my second night my arms and legs were covered in multiple bed bug bites. Avoid this hotel!!!

Stayed here before a trip, and found it a great reasonably priced hotel. My room was very clean, comfortable and quiet, it was at the back side, and I heard no traffic. Staff were friendly on check in, and called the room to ensure the room was good. I decided not to use the shuttle, I didn't get my wake up call when requested, but was awake , but might be a problem if you were depending on it. I will definitely return, and not just for flights.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our last 2 visits. The staff has been very courteous on check-in and check-out. When we were here during the summer we appreciated VERY much having the pool on site. Both my husband and I think the breakfast choices are fantastic.

The hotel was clean and for the most part, newly renovated. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were quiet. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and is easily accessible from the highway. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The buffet breakfast was more than adequate.

Stayed 2 days while attending a wedding. We arrived early from out of town to meet with the parents and bridal party. We were hopeful but realistic on a long weekend that our room might be available & were prepared for the possibility of storing our belongings in the interim. Luckily, a room was to be had. The king suite was roomy, clean and well stocked. We requested a few Things that were provided gladly. Breakfast was ample and varied. The staff handled the onslaught of ball teams and family reunions with professionalism and a smile. Well done. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stay was caused by West Jet travel delays beginning in Dublin, Ireland. For some reason we were diverted to London and were attempting to get to Calgary. We had been travelling for nearly 24 hours at that point and had not had a proper meal all day. We needed a place to stay for only 4 hours until our next flight and our Best Western room was such a welcome relief to be able to stretch out, get some sleep and clean up. It is only 5 minutes from the London Airport that was very important. The night desk clerk was very kind, helpful and got us checked in quickly and out a few hours later.

The stay at this Best Western was very nice. Rooms were clean and all the room amenities worked properly, as did access to the Internet! The breakfast buffet was a very pleasant surprise and very good. All the staff members we spoke with were very friendly and accommodating.

If you're leaving for flight in the morning or just passing through this place is an excellent choice. Did you have a free shuttle to the airport if you still need. They have a pool that stays open later than most other hotels which is nice. And have a free breakfast buffet in the morning that has everything anybody could ever want. The staff are warm friendly and professional. There is free parking at this hotel and the location is on Dundas Street which is a main through Fair to the downtown location and everything you could want is around that area. We will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone. It's a quiet relaxing Great Stay!

We booked a King Room and were given one that was accessible though we hadn't asked for that specifically. The room appeared to have been renovated fairly recently. The bed was comfortable but the fitted sheets were too small for the mattress. The window air unit was noisy. The carpet needed a good cleaning, particularly in the area around the microwave and fridge. (Carpet color was probably not the best choice to begin with.) There were dark hairs in the sink. Pool was fairly large and bright. Breakfast was good.

This was a very clean, well decorated, modern, up to date Best Western. We had an enjoyable 2 night stay for our son's wedding near by. I would definately recommend that you stay here. They have a free breakfast in the morning. Its not very good, depending on what you pick but that aside everything else is great..

We were in town to attend my mothers funeral. The staff bent over backwards for us. Checkout is at 11:00 they allowed us to stay until 1:00 . We were able to use the breakfast area for dinner for the family. The staff were friendly and helpful.

There are several hotels within a few minutes of this location - do yourself a favor and go to one of them instead! We arrived late in the evening, after driving for several hours. Check in was a breeze but we were assigned a room that was clearly occupied by someone else hours before. The bed wasn't made, there was garbage and towels everywhere and to top it off there appeared to be blood dipped across the floor and tub in the bathroom. The room we were re-assigned to, seemed to be fine - at least it was clean. That is until we discovered issues with the air conditioning and that the electrical outlets beside the bed weren't functional. As you can imagine, with cell phones and an apnea machine to plug in, this proved to be really inconvenient. In the morning we went to breakfast to find the maintenance staff handling the food - gross! We complained to the front desk and were told that there wasn't a manager around but, that one would contact us. Several days later and that still hasn't happened. So, unless you want to spend your hotel stay handling issue after issue, stay somewhere, anywhere else!

We booked in a bus tour of 50 people and everyone was happy with the accommodation. The breakfast area was roomy with a good selection and variety of food. The salt water pool was a nice touch and we found the staff very helpful.

We have had to be in London several times over the past few months for medical reasons. We have tried several hotels and never been totally happy with any of them until now. Best Western Airport was wonderful. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was wonderful.

We stayed at this hotel last night and were thoroughly impressed. The staff went out of their way to make our stay amazing. The salt water pool was warm and the breakfast included eggs, oatmeal, cereals, etc. Rooms were comfy and super clean.

We've stayed at this BW a few times now and have always been very satisfied! Swimming in the salt water pool is very refreshing and the breakfast is always above and beyond DELICIOUS! When in the London area be sure to check out the Best Western Airport Inn!

The hotel looks like it went through a renovation. The rooms and amenities were clean and modern. The staff were friendly and breakfast was delicious (included with the stay). The wifi was good, but could be a little better. Otherwise, we were very happy with our stay and would choose this location again.

This hotel was a huge disappointment. We booked into a room with disability access. The parking spaces were useless for someone with mobility issues. Accessible spaces are supposed to be much wider than regular spaces. The access spaces here were regular spaces with a sign erected to designate them as disability spaces. Two out of three entrances were inaccessible because of a large lip at the entrance caused by disintegrating concrete (poor maintenance). If I'd been alone, first of all, I'd never been able to get out of the vehicle and secondly due to the poor entrance maintenance, I would still be outside the closed doors. The breakfast room was so far away from our room, again, if I'd been by myself I'd have been out of luck. When we checked in, there was garbage in the bathroom garbage pail left by the previous guests and finally you had to have either a freezing cold or a scalding hot shower. The hot water temperature was dangerous. Adjusting the temperature was impossible. No shower in a hotel should be so hot it could scald. There should be a set safe maximum temperature as in every other hotel we have stayed in and we have stayed in many. This was not our usual accommodation here in London, but sadly an accessible room there was unavailable. I have read responses to other reviews that were not particularly positive and every one got the same impersonal 'cookie cutter' response. Don't even bother to reply to this review. No apology would make up for this hotel's appalling accommodation for someone with a disability or any room with someone else's garbage left in a room. This was our first stay here and it WILL BE THE LAST!

We've stayed a couple of times at this hotel. The rooms are decently appointed, the buffet breakfast isn't bad, and for the most part the staff are friendly. I do, however, have an issue with this establishment touting its electric vehicle charging availability. The trouble is, it's not necessarily available. There are two level 2 and 2 Tesla destination chargers, for a total of 4 bays. But they are not marked as EV charging bays, so they get filled internal combustion engine vehicles. As a result if you need to charge your car, you have the hassle of going to the front desk with the offending license plate numbers, then waiting for reception to find an owner to move their car, with the attendant hard feelings that can engender, particularly late at night. Hardly what you want at the end of a long day... There are a few other hotels in the area that offer EV charging. I'd try one of them before returning here.

Every staff member we were in contact with greeted us with a smile and asked if there was anything we needed help with. The room was very clean and the beds were Fantastic. As a senior couple who have not stayed in a hotel for ages,this hotel experience was very memorable. The elevators really helped my wife. I will be receiving additional emails from them regarding future stays at other locations.

I checked into Best Western after checking in and immediately out of a terrible hotel. Best Western was easy to book right away, clean, had quick service, comfortable beds and great breakfast. Will definitely book again.

It was a good place to stay, very quite all the time so it was easy to relax, the breakfast was amazing, one problem was how far it was from anything in town. Took about 10 plus minutes to get to the malls. But overall it was great

I needed a quiet and clean place to stay while I was in London and this was it. The parking was free and uncomplicated. Free breakfast was good compared to other free breakfasts I've had and the wifi was good enough to watch netflix.

My wife and I stayed here for a night in April and upon arrival we were a little worried because of all the kids with sports teams that were there. We have stayed at other hotels that cater to the sports teams so we knew it could get noisy but we were pleasantly surprised as there was little to no noise that could be heard from our room. The bed was comfortable and as I said the room was very quiet, although it is a little small. The buffet breakfast that was included was the usual stuff on these buffets but it was free and tasted good. Over all I would consider returning to this hotel because it was clean, quiet, the staff was very friendly and attentive, and it is located close to shopping and dining

We stay here 2 times each year. The staff are always courteous and friendly. The pool is great, rooms are modern clean and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and the food is fresh. It is a full breakfast not just roast and coffee. Best pancakes.

Im giving a 3 star rating as the hotel is very clean, staff is nice, buffet breakfast was also good. But this is a non smoking hotel, and the room across the hall has been smoking and covering it up with a horrible womans perfume. To the point my daughter needed an inhaler, and decongestants bought for her. Spoke with staff not 100% sure what is being done about the situation, hopefully something as its making our room and stay very. uncomfortable. As it stands still havent done anything.

Very close to the airport.Only five minutes away.Also a new hotel, everything top . Main problem, I'df someone brings you there, there is no Resturant there for you to get something to eat.So if you don't have transport it's a problem.This needs to be mentioned in their info.I did then order from a local Italien Resturant.Founf it expensive and not particular good.30 dollars to have your dinner in a plastic container and with plastic knife and fork.Thatbwas as all salad and pasta.The Hotels needs, to at least offer fresh sandwiches, if you are satying there and don't have transport.

We've been staying at this hotel for years whenever we have an early flight out of London, and have always found it to be a good place to stay. For the first few years, the only disappointing thing was that we couldn't take advantage of the complimentary breakfast because we were always leaving too early. Last year, they started offering a bagged breakfast to those of us leaving earlier than the regular breakfast was served. We love that! This time we stayed, while they still offered the bagged breakfast, we were less than impressed with it. They only gave us two breakfasts (there were 4 of us staying there), and each one was smaller (1 muffin or bagel, and some fruit leather) than last year. In particular, there was no fresh fruit. On a side note, the bagel they gave us was a cinnamon raisin bagel, with garlic cream cheese... not a very tasty combination. Needless to say, we had to buy breakfast 2 flights later. It's a relatively small complaint, but hopefully an easy issue for them to fix in the future.

This is a quiet, clean hotel. The only hotel I've ever seen that requires you to sign saying you'll make no excessive noise after 11PM. More places should follow that example. The downfall is that there is no bar or restaurant although a nice breakfast is included.

Located in the North East end of London about 10 minutes to the middle of downtown. Close to many restaurants and stores. We have stayed here before and enjoyed that stay as well. Access to downtown is very easy and parking is easy to find when downtown.

In town for business. Close to major routes and Airport restaurants, shopping and of course the airport. Very clean. great breakfast area. Didn't use the pool or exercise room but they appeared clean and up to date.

All staff we encountered were fantastic and willing to go above and beyond. The rooms were clean and nicely appointed and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast exceeded our expectations with a great selection of food to suit any taste. Our only complaint was that there was a dog in a room near us who barked loudly, for quite some time between 6 and 7am. It would have been great to have not been placed so close to an animal with plenty of availability at the hotel on the night we were there. Regardless we would certainly consider staying here again, if for no other reason than the wonderful staff!

Responsible and reasonable guests seem to appreciate your work based on the majority of reviews. So let me add to it! Recent renovations brought it to a surprisingly great room and facility. The breakfast was a continued surprise. I was expecting typical complimentary breakfast but was very impressed with the freshness, presentation and cleanliness. It's a stretch to find a negative. How about the fitness centre is a little small. However, better something than nothing. It looks like your staff have settled in nicely. Quick check in and out. I'll be back for sure! Thank you!!

We stayed at the Best Western London Airport Inn on Jan 30 as we were flying out of the London Airport on the 31st. Room was good, they have a salt water indoor pool. We left our car parked there for 2 weeks and they have a shuttle service that took us to the airport. We when returned, we just called them and the shuttle came and picked us up. Will definitely stay there again.

4 of us stayed here (in 2 rooms) overnight on January 31st 2018. We were catching a 6 AM flight to Mexico. Check-in was flawless and the agent was very helpful and friendly. The lobby is modern and pretty. A warm fire welcomed us on that cold evening. There is a comfortable breakfast area with lots of fresh fruit, muffins and so on. It was a very nice touch that food was availble even in the evening. We all were given a bag with fruit and breakfast food in it because we were at the airport way to early for the full breakfast. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights for my nieces hockey tournament. The hotel is large, clean, with nice size rooms, and comfy beds. We needed a hotel that was pet friendly for our senior golden retriever, which this was! The breakfast was large with many different options, hot and cold. I would recommend this hotel, and stay again!

A convenient location close to airport and provide shuttle service to the airport. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. If you leave to early for breakfast, you will get a grab and go bag. Staff very helpful and friendly.

I would like to Apologize to Pravin and Kelly for putting up with my anger as we have missed our flight and it was our mistake that we booked the shuttle just half an hour before check-in.Kelly the Driver helped us to pick us back to the hotel and Pravin checked us back into our room and made sure we stay longer for an extra hour to catch our next flight.I would like to thank both of them for their hospitality! I would Recommend this hotel to anyone who's looking for a great stay in London.

this hotel was fantastic, we were allowed to check in early as we arrived in the middle of a snow storm, and the maintance guy parked our car for us as we were having trouble in the parking lot. we stayed for two nights and then did the park and fly and then stayed on more night on our return from or vacation. They have an amazing breakfast which we enjoyed each morning, and they shuttled us to the airport and back. The staff is so friendly and helpful i would recommend this hotel as the great place to stay.

Conveniently located to my work area and restaurants. Quiet hotel with 0 tolerance of noise during the night. Good breakfast with good hours for working people and staff was helpful and friendly. Great stay for a working trip.

We have stayed here several times and have always found the rooms to be clean, nicely decorated and a good price. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a free shuttle to the airport. Breakfast is very nice and if your flight is very early they pack you a breakfast to go.

This is a hotel that is close to the airport (taxi about $12) and also has an airport shuttle, if you book in advance. The downside is the breakfast buffet. The "hot" food was cool from sitting out too long (at 7am!) and all the plates, cutlery and cups were plastic or paper - Lots of needless waste.

We have stayed at this location several times now. Love the airport theme / planes throughout the hotel. Breakfast selection is extensive, temperatures were just right and the breakfast area was clean and well kept.

Great room, the beds are comfortable, the amenities are modern and stylish, and after a restful sleep, a great breakfast. All in all, an excellent stay, looking forward to coming again. I would highly recommend it. Thanks

We enjoy staying here when flying out of London airport. We don't even consider any other hotel because of the comfort of the rooms and the friendly staff. We book our shuttle to the airport upon arrival and when we get up in the early morning there is a lovely bag breakfast waiting for us and the shuttle driver is so pleasant and accomodating. I like to remember that she had to get up early too but she puts on such a beautiful face it starts my trip out perfect!

While satisfied with the room and service the hotel does not offer Fox News Network but only offers right wing news channels such as Fake News channel CNN which is also the station that is displayed on BOTH TV's in the breakfast loung. Most dissapointing.

My husband and I can never get any sleep when we stay at my parents place, visiting from Toronto. A nice hotel to stay at which is only a 10 minute drive from my elderly parents' house. I'll definitely stay there again when the occasion arises.

hotel has been updated very clean, internet was quick, bed was very comfy, did not have the breakfast because I had an early morning flight. The shuttle to and from the airport was warm and the trip to the hotel was quick.

Hotel amenities and stay was excellent. The service was very good and helpful. The pool is salt water which is great. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Coffee and hot drinks all day. Can't go wrong with this place. Super happy we booked here.

London Airport Best Western is clean, fresh and well-situated for hosting our 45 person group. Breakfast was excellent and offered enough choices for young and old. Rooms are well-maintained. The staff at Front desk, Housekeeping and everyone in between were courteous, kind and helpful !! Would go back and stay there any time I am in London, Ontario.

Stayed with a group for a hockey tourney. Rooms were large, clean and modern. Hotel staff very accommodating and helpful. Booked meeting room off main lobby for our group and enjoyed the large lounge space. Hotel design allows for socializing in the main lobby/lounge space keeping it quiet for guests in rooms throughout the hotel. The breakfast was great, lots to choose from and staff are great at keeping it fresh and replenished. Lots of parking spaces around the hotel making it easy to access rooms from all parts of the hotel. Close to restaurants and shopping.

We will be there once a year every year. Staff polite and professional. Free breakfast very well done. Food varied and hot. Nice pool and workout room. We only come to this hotel due to excellent everything.

We stayed at the Best Western London Airport Inn for one night and we were very impressed by this hotel. Very clean, updated rooms, friendly staff and reasonable rates that included full breakfast the next morning. Located close to the airport if you are flying out. Will definitely book here again next time we are staying in London.

We were there with 15 other families with 9 and 10 yr olds for a hockey tournament in the area. Instead of blocking us all together in an area we were all through the hotel. The kids were loud and excited after games when we returned to the hotel they spent a lot of time in the pool and we also took them out for a meal together and laser tag to wear some energy off. There were complaints from other guests at the noise the boys were making. Now keep in mind that the oldest is 10 so they were all in bed and their rooms no later than 10pm both nights so there was no issue with disturbing people while there were sleeping. The hotel was rude to the boys and parents on numerous occasions. Personally I thought the boys were very respectful of others but again they are 9 and 10 and very excited to be there together. The staff made it a miserable experience if you are going to London for hockey do not pick this hotel

Hotel is located near highway exit, therefore easily accessible. Plenty of parking, near Tim Hortons other restaurants. Clean, friendly with a warm breakfast included. Would recommend this hotel for family and business.

Only stayed for 1 night but the staff were very helpful and professional. Everyone on our group had a great experience. The rooms were comfortable and parking was readily available. Great value and would stay there again.

The Best Western Motel in London, ON is a very clean motel which has recently been updated. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable of the area. The convenient location near the airport is great. Great breakfast meal with a good variety to choose from. We would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Reservation not received for check in, one hour too long to get that fixed, key cards didn't work so we had to switch rooms. Office chair in room broken, bed uncomfortable with big dip in middle resulting in sore back. Tired carpets. No late checkout option as we wanted to enjoy the amenities of exercise room and salt water pool. Felt rushed in the morning to checkout by 11am.

Will definitely stay here again. Other than intermittent problems with the internet, everything exceeded our expectations. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was very good. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Front staff could have been more professional. The girls at least. Plus our room was not cleaned even though we took the sign off the door plus called the front desk. Came back after a long day to a dirty room. Phone did not work. They did not even bother to fix it or change it.

We were in London for a wedding and a large group pf us stayed at the hotel. We found the hotel convenience to the venue, clean, comfortable and the staff were very nice and friendly. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Fast check-in, gorgeous breakfast area, quiet and very comfortable. The shuttle drivers were so very, very friendly and courteous. The location was a bit challenging during rush hour when you need to cross the traffic lanes in front of the hotel. Lots of parking, and close to a wide range of restaurants.

Service was pathetic. amenities archaic , i would rather check in to a motel . There was no where on the premises to have a coffee/drink/ or purchase a sandwich. especially first time in city and drove in from a long journey No bar or small cafe. The room was dark, the air conditioning and heating unit was very loud when on, had to shut off to insure a quiet night sleep . Bring in your bar soap etc, bar soap was so small , useless

We usually stay at the BW Lamplighter when we travel to London. However, because we had a very early flight, we decided to try the BW London Airport. Our first shock came at check-in where my husband was told that there would be an additional $50 up-front charge to "cover any damage" we might make to our room. The charge would be refunded if there was no damage. We are seniors and way beyond the age where we would be trashing rooms. I don't understand this policy. If we did leave the room in a mess, BW has our credit card info. That's the time I would expect that the damages would be charged against the credit card. Then we had a problem with the WiFi in our room. We got it up and going and then it just quit. We called down to the front office but two minutes later it was back up again so we called down again to let them know not to bother troubleshooting the problem. However, the WiFi continued to go up and down. I finally just gave up on it. Also, there really aren't any decent places to eat around the hotel. That's a bit of a pain. On a positive note, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the décor in the building is quite nice. Will we stay here again? Probably not. Even though the Lamplighter is 30 minutes away from the airport, I think we'll stick with our tried and true hotel of choice.

We stayed here while visiting Stratford. The hotel was well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was one of the best we've had provided with a hotel stay. We would stay here again.

The hotel charged us an additional fee for checking out a day before of our reservation. Terrible business practises to charge for checking out early and the staff did not care nor did they offer anything and the staff we dealt with were so new that it took forever to check in and get any information about the area.

The staff were very helpful. The owner even went the extra mile to point to some descent restaurants nearby. The room was very clean. There were plenty parking spaces available. The internet connection was fast.

Staff went above and beyond to assist me with various requests. They were quite genuine. Everyone from the shuttle driver, kitchen staff, housekeeping and front desk were extremely helpful and efficient.

Great hotel, friendly staff, upscale and clean rooms for a great price and very quiet. Its nice to find a hotel that is quiet and comfortable like this one. Hotel is close to many restaurants and close to airport. Continental breakfast was better than most you find in hotels. Hotel staff actually were interested where you were from and talking with you. A kitchen staff actually helped me locating a venue I wanted to visit and gave great tips on getting there and back.

After spending a wonderful day in London at our function we checked into our BW to enjoy a relaxing evening. We were greeted by a new trainee who was overwhelmed by the number of check-in's and unfortunately was not able to get our requested items to our room. During the night we were woken up to several fights outside our door that frightened our daughter terribly. Myself being disabled, was not going to confront the persons involved. In the morning I reported the issue the Supervisor who told me I should have called the front desk and had the Girl working nights deal with it. She was all of 90lbs and I would not put her in that situation and told the Supervisor that directly. The girl even looked upset by the Supervisor's comment. The Supervisor then suggested I should have called the Police. I asked about Night Security and she said we don't have that here at BW just the Night Clerk. This really makes me consider using BW in future stays!

Stayed here for the duration of Airshow London. Very close to the airport and airshow VIP parking. Hot buffet breakfast was very good, with a wide range of options to select from (Vegan friendly). There is no licensed restaurant at the hotel, or within walking distance. Room was very comfortable, and well appointed.

Great plane to stay for the London air show, close to the airport and main roads. Clean and orderly hotel, quiet too when considering it is at the corner of two major roads. Still some construction on the roadways around it, but no problems with entry. Rooms clean and comfortable, well lit too.

Need more investment and improve quality of food, service and pay attention to details. Room is OK. Other less expensive hotels (Staybridge) provide MUCH better VALUE. Breakfast: awful coffe. Poor quality of food. Panqueques are not edible. Muffins: hard, not fresh, not tasty. The 'free breakfast' highlighted by the hotel as a perk is not truly a perk (do not wast your time). I saw many people going to get a Tim Hortons or Starbuscks coffee.

My wife and I visited London for a convention this weekend. We stayed Friday and Saturday nights at the Best Western Airport Inn and Suites. We had a wonderful weekend. The hotel has been completely renovated in every way. An indoor pool and fitness centre have been added. Our room had two queen beds and was very well appointed. There is a mini frig , microwave and Keurig coffee machine in each room. Our stay came with a complimentary full hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, pancakes, home fries, sausage and peameal bacon as well as other breakfast items. Mattresses are comfortable and the rooms are quiet. Staff are friendly and very helpful . Laurel - a server in the breakfast room was very helpful. Really recommend staying at this Best Western in London.

We were greeted with 4 wedding parties in the lobby when we arrived. The place was busy but the front desk was very efficient and got us a room even though we were checking in early. We were pleasantly surprised by the freshly renovated interior and nice comfortable room. The decor was modern and fresh and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was nicely appointed too. My husband loved the airplane theme and the art throughout was interesting to look at. We would definitely come back!

This place is absolutely right for staying.. Staff is very generous... ROOMS are very comfortable and cleaniness is perfect in all ways.. Break fast is good for people who eat Non-Veg... They should keep more option for Vegeratian customers! OVERALL-9/10

Stayed 1 night. Good business type hotel located a short 12 minute cab ride from london airport. It's on a strip road with not too much around it. There was a Tim Hortons about a block down the road. The free breakfast was quite good and had a good variety. Room was large and it was quiet at night. Service was good. Overall, quite a good spot to stay.

Upon arrival we were offered a free room upgrade to king suite. It was a great room with kitchenette and balcony. The salt water pool was warm and clean. The staff were very helpful and it was too bad we were not staying longer

Everything is geared to get me in and out with as little fuss as possible. The rooms are newly renovated, well equipped and the staff friendly and professional. The location was very convenient and the room was quiet.

Very good place to stay. Food in morning was buffet style and is good, For me it was close to many things for me to see and do. right now the street going into town is under construction. So by next year it should be cleared up. over all. Best place to stay.

Best bang for the buck in my opinion! Worked in senior management roles for other hotels previously and in excess of 20 years total. Hotel is in a good location for my current role while on business. Hats off to the management team!

our car was stolen from the parking lot of Best Western hotel on Dundas street in London ON Aug 6. The staff did nothing to help out and no manager was on duty to assist. There are no camera only at front door. The back of the hotel is dark...dark enough for car theft!! location of the hotel is a high crime and drug area...not great for families. I would like to know how will Best Western compensate my family ?? Where is security? Apparently there used to be security now they have been removed. Oh did I mention another car was broken into as well?? Don't stay there until security is at quality level and the safely of customers is at top value!! Had to rent a car to get home to Toronto!! Added expense I did not need or want.

I knew very little about this property before arriving, but received a good deal via an online travel website. We were traveling with other family members who also booked a room. Upon arrival the front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. We asked if they had any adjoining rooms where we could stay next to our family members, which they were able to do, which made our stay very pleasant. The rooms are very nicely updated with nice comfortable beds, great pillows, very nice bathrooms with good lighting, new flat screens televisions, Keurig coffee makers, and many finishes that usually come at luxury prices. The rooms also seemed slightly larger than other standard rooms that I've stayed in. We enjoyed the very nice pool area which was a salt water pool, and it was very clean and updated as well. In the morning we really enjoyed the breakfast which included just about every option you could want at a hotel breakfast. The breakfast staff member was pleasant and talkative, and was doing a great job replenishing items as they were consumed. As an aviation geek, I really enjoyed all the aviation photos throughout the property. Another cool feature I noted were two electric car chargers installed in the parking lot. I have never seen this at a hotel, and thought it was really cool as I plan to purchase an electric vehicle in the near future. Overall, I felt like we got an excellent hotel stay for a great price.

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel, room was clean, breakfast was served in the morning, but they did not have enough staff to replenish the breakfast. Front desk apologized for the inconvenience. July 2 is a busy time of the year more staff is needed to help out.

Complimentary breakfast and 24 hr coffee and tea were excellent. Lots of healthy choices. All of the staff were very friendly and provided fantastic service. Room was nice with comfortable beds. Hotel was nicely located near the airport and a big shopping centre. We will stay there again.

staff were great they were helpful with all the questions we asked. The pool was clean and breakfast was very enjoyable lots to eat and the hot food was fresh. the bed was comfortable and the had lots of pliiows.

We had to stay over night due to airport delays, caused by weather. with connecting flights. The Best Western was recommended, we were in a room, within the hour, of our flight cancellation,,and back to the airport, by 6 am. by their shuttle service, to catch our flight home. Had a very restfully night, after a hectic day.

The hotel is located Close to London Airportort Int. Sporty guys are even able to take the backbag and run to the hotel these few hundred meters. Check in is easy. The room is clean and everything is operative (TV, Air Condition, Toilet Flusch etc). Drop the bag and relax. For dinner restaurants are not far away on the same road. Breakfast is more than plenty. Checkout quick and easy. They offer even a ride to the Airport. Glad to have them in London Ont.

This hotel was excellent in every way. The rooms were clean and modern. The pool was perfect, super clean and saltwater too which was wonderful. The breakfast selection was huge, they had literally anything you'd want to eat/drink. I don't have a single complaint about this place. It is close to the airport and not the downtown though (we were going to the airport so the location was perfect for us).

Had issue with the air conditioner in the room so they immediately switched our rooms without issue. Very happy with our stay. Would stay again if we find ourselves in London again!

Absolutely a 10 out of 10! Great modern, clean, comfortable, affordable and friendly place! The beds were so comfortable, the bathroom was so clean and spa like, the breakfast was a feast of delightful hot and cold foods and juices and coffee! So well decorated ...we loved all the airplane pictures and theme: what a brilliant idea for a hotel that is so close to the airport! So close to the airport and yet we never heard a plane at all, such a quiet peaceful place!

Everything was excellent -the general manager talked to us and gave us his card that was very heartwarming. The check in clerk sent us to the cafeteria for coffee while our room was being prepared (as we were very early) - she kept us posted as to how long we would have to wait - her smile and personality was worth millions - she will go places - all the staff were extremely friendly - (not in some hotels) -- a fantastic stay!

Hotel is located on a main street and fairly close to any major locations. It was just around the corner from a concert we attended. The staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. I would definitely recommend if in the area.

This hotel was excellent in many ways. The rooms and the rest of the hotel were very clean and the staff very welcoming. The only complaint is that the room was humid. The ventilation system did not seem to keep the air in the room dry. The rug was a little damp which felt strange when walking on it.

The Airport Hotel has undergone a refurbishment and it is quite lovely. There is now a pool and the rooms have been refreshed. I would recommend this hotel conveniently located near London airport and not too far from the 401.

Travel a lot & use BW hotels extensively Hotel staff is exceptional & the breakfast is one of the best offered during our travels. We travel an average of over 40 days per year & enjoy our trip to this hotel & keep returning when in the area.

The location ideally situated with easy access to the airport and downtown. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff, pleasant and friendly to deal with. The complimentary breakfast had everything from eggs (hard boiled and scrambled) and bacon to a selection of cold cereals with toast and choice of juices or tea and coffee.

This was my first stay with Best Western chain of hotels in London and it's certainly the best stay at Best Western Inn & Suites. Conveniently located across the London Airport it offers the friendly and efficient check-in process, well-preserved/restored interiors and tasteful decor and comfortable bedroom.This hotel offers best services and location and with the utmost class! I am not hesitant to say it's the best stay I ever had in London. We stayed in King Room and the beds were extremely comfortable. Rooms were quite large and clean. We have refrigerator and coffee machine in room. Location was amazing with chains of restaurants at a walking distance. Service upon check in was great. Front desk staff was kind enough to help us with amazing sightseeing spots and we end up visiting the beautiful grand bend beach which was 50 minutes' drive from the hotel. This hotel has the phenomenal staff. I would highly recommend this place and I would love to stay again with BW London Inn & Suites upon my next visit to London, Ontario. Great Hospitality! We had a fantastic time being with BW Inn & Suites, London and we thoroughly recommend this hotel.

I needed a place to stay overnight after attending a wedding in London ON and chose the Best Western Airport Inn & Suites. They provided wonderful, friendly service, a clean and comfortable room, and made my stay very pleasurable.

Very clean and well managed hotel. Breakfast included and great service. Friendly and courteous personnel. Rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable. Located very close to the airport, shuttle available or $10 taxi fare will get you there.

We stayed in a double queen room on the third floor and had a great experience! The room was larger than most I've been in, offered fridge & microwave & Keurig. Everything was new looking & clean. Upon checkin the employee offered us flyers for when we asked about pizza options for delivery and that was super helpful! The salt water pool was the drawing card for us and it didn't disappoint! This hotel offered bathrooms right before the pool door so you could change without having to walk through hallways in bathing suits. Complimentary hot breakfast was important to us when choosing hotel and this one was far above average! Hot options are always a plus and this particular morning they had pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausages, & cubed hashbrowns, in addition to all the normal cold options of cereals, breads, pastries, & fruit! Finding the hotel was a slight issue, since there is currently ramp construction on 401 near the hotel. GPS in rental car did the job of re-routing without too much hassle. Would definitely stay here in the future!

This is the nicest Best Western I have ever stayed at! It looked and felt as if it had been newly built as everything looked modern and clean. The complimentary breakfast was top-notch too. I didn't try the pool, as I was only interested in using a hot tub...which they don't have. That's about the only negative of my whole experience, though.

Can't say anything negative about this hotel. People were friendly. Breakfast was great with many options, including eggs and bacon. The pool is great. It's the only hotel that offers complementary shuttle service from the airport.
