« September Break in Binic »

The hotel has a wonderful location with beautiful sea , harbour, views. The bed itself was extremely comfortable excellent quality comfort etc. The room we stayed in was tiny it is an old building so rooms would have been small. They have modernised the rooms well and to a very good standard, the bathrooms had a great shower, only thing was , there was quite a strong sewerage smell in the bathroom when we arrived. They swallows sang out side our room in the palm tree lovely!

« Excellent situation and represents good value »

Rather disappointing 1st impression as arrived at 2.00 pm. but asked to go away and return an hour later. Also unloading luggage could be difficult owing to parking restrictions. Hever, once settled in we found the room comfortable, staff helpful and the hotel well sited in this attractive little town.

    « Good value »

The hotel is well sited and is close to the beach, bars and restaurants in the town. Reception is fine and the staff helpful. The hotel lacks on site parking so one has to temporarily park in the space reserved for the disabled to off load the luggage and then move the car to an on street parking space. This is not too onerous except at the weekends when the town is usually very busy and the spaces are at a premium. However, the street parking is free. The hotel is comfortable and serves breakfast but it does not have a restaurant. The bedroom was overlooking the harbour but quiet, the bed comfortable and the shower room adequate if a little cramped. What are the drawbacks? Well we did not find anything to complain about except perhaps for the hand basin in the shower room which is too small for anything other than a hand rinse. We would certainly return.

    « A good stay »

Pleasant receptionist who was very helpful. Room was very nice with lovely bathroom and good comfortable bed. Hotel was nice and quiet. Due to heat we had windows open of a night and there was some noise, but being a town location expected that really. Only disturbed me as I am light sleeper. Great location with many places to eat and a lovely walk around harbour. Thought parking might have been difficult, but we were lucky and got parked on harbourside. Once parked we didn't use car during our stay. Can not park in vicinity of hotel on a Thursday.

    « Disappointing »

If you expect the US standard of a Best Western you won't find it there. Even a superior room is very small, the shower is microscopic. The Tv screen is small as well. The hotel has no parking but it is quite easy to park on the street for free. It faces the harbor, and all the restaurants and shops are very close. The staff is not always reactive.

« Good, fair value accommodation »

The receptionist when we arrived was vey friendly & helpful. She gave us our room key quickly & advised us about the area & parking arrangements. The room was medium sized & clean, with a nice sea view. Tea & coffee making facilities in room. Clean bathroom.

If you want a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was excellent too. We had a joining room which was nice. There was a hallway between the rooms. U could leave your room doors open & private from other people. We could keep an eye on the kids. The location was great. Everything is in walking distance. Yes, great value!

« Great central Location Excellent Staff »

The hotel is very well situated in the centre of Binic with some rooms with a water view. Staff were very helpful and professional. There is not a bar at the hotel but plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance

    « Le Benhuyc »

Had a short business trip and stayed 5 days, great place close to the marina, brilliant service with lovely, and extremely friendly, staff, would recommend staying here, very close to all restaurants and bars, breakfast is typical European with little hot food but plenty of coffee and pastries with the usual meats and cheeses. Overall this is one of the better small hotels around here although there are many more to choose from you can't go wrong for the money. Will be staying here on my next visit

    « Excellent Stay »

Nice hotel, great location, good size room (#11) with a view, good comfy beds, modern bathroom, elevator ... what else could one ask for? Better quality and speed Wi-Fi would be nice! Parking around the hotel is free and abundant however unloading/loading a car in front is a bit problematic although bending a rule or two in a small town usually goes unnoticed. Overall, we will definitely consider going back. Good value!

    « very good hotel »

Stayed here as a couple on a short break to Brittany. Good staff, hotel very clean and our upgraded room was very spacious. Bang in the centre of the port, great sea views and good restaurants and a market ( Thursdays) on the doorstep. Will return.

    « Great location »

We stayed here for one night. We had never been visited Binic before. What a lovely place and Le Benhuyc is situated facing the harbour. Our room was very clean and pleasant, with tea/coffee making facilities, as well as overlooking the harbour. We didn't eat at the hotel so cannot comment on its quality. We were allowed in our room early although I don't think the staff were too impressed as it was lunch time when we arrived. They were more pleasant the following day. We would return as it is a lovely place.

« Nice place, superb location »

Spent a couple of nights there: hotel nice, everything you needed, wonderful little town/location. Lots of nice places to eat so delightful and affordable. We will return to this lovely part of the world - we were lucky with the weather!

« Excellent value family rooms »

We initially choose this hotel as it was under 1 hour drive for the Roscoff ferry. On getting to we quickly realised that Binic is a gem of a small French harbour town and this hotel offered high quality spacious family rooms. There's a large choice of restaurants and free parking. Would definitely recommend this hotel and Binic.

    « Professional but familiar »

The first evidence of high professionalism was an email warning us about the weekly street market intresting on thursday the surrounding area, affecting parking availability. The room was gorgeous, clean and freshly renewed. Personnel always friendly and attentive to customer's need. Good breakfast with a high flexibility about timeframe.

    « Great location »

We booked an upstairs superior room with harbour view. Upstairs because we didn't want to be on the ground floor but they gave us the top floor and we could see that there were no rooms on the ground floor. We did have a harbour view but from a very small window! Room was clean and fresh, otherwise. Oh, the WiFi didn't reach that far, either. Breakfast was good value - lots of variety and plenty of everything. Watch out if you stay on a Wednesday night, Thursday is market day from 06:00 so you can't park nearby.

    « Great location in a lovely resort/port »

We stayed in a family suite (Mom,Dad and 7 year old daughter) last Friday, great position in the middle of Binic overlooking the port, we did not have a port view but were on the back of the hotel where I think the larger/family rooms are. No pool but we knew that and no other facilities if it is raining and you have children. We booked breakfast and for €26 for the three of us it was on the pricey side for what you got, only hot items were self service boil you own eggs and toast but with a selection of breads, meats, cheeses and cereals, was acceptable and we could of had more if we wanted but didn't. We originally booked for the Neptune which was opposite and nearly half the price but my wife asked if we could upgrade to the Best Western as we knew the chain and standards, I am glad we did and the hotel has been nicely updated, whilst retaining some of its character dating back to the late 1700's. The hotel is very well insulated against noise, we thought we were only one of a couple people using the hotel but were amazed how busy it was at breakfast and it must of been full, the shower in our three bedded room was brilliant and a joy to use.

    « Lovely location »

The hotel has a great position by the harbour, is clean and tidy, with good shower facilities BUT be careful which room you book. I booked a comfort room with a harbour view and had a very small room with a restricted view of the harbour ( room 14). I booked well in advance but found better rooms a lot cheaper than I had paid nearer the date. Back to the positives...there is tea and coffee in the rooms (one tea bag of each type) and the hotel did store our bikes in the cellar. We stayed for two nights and can't comment on the food because we had our breakfast and dinner in the Neptune across the road - which was lovely.

    « Good hotel »

We stayed for two nights in this hotel which was spotlessly clean and very well decorated. Our superior room looked over the port but was very small and cramped. I fell over my suitcase in the night because there was not enough room to get around the bed in the dark. The breakfast was ok but very basic for the ten euros charged, and we could definitely have done with air con as it was stifling hot in our room. The location was great and parking near the hotel good. We found the price for the two nights very expensive for what we had
